Nice. I haven't seen any yet.
you really have to be aggressive. they're selling out really quick.
Target
Target got them in first in the US. Target receives shipment on Mondays, Weds and Fridays. A few nice tidbits for target are as follows..
1) these next few waves of legends are using the previous
DCPI codes as the Captain America Legends
087-06-2560 and unfortunately it's looking like the Spidey wave will use the old spidey code, and the Ant-man legends wave will probably use the Guardians of the galaxy DCPI number. This is unfortunate for target, because if your target is loaded with cap figs.. it may be a while until the Avengers Legends come in, because the person who orders items for the store is going to think they already have plenty
2) to help with this , there's different things you can do. 1 is to go to target.com and check store availability of the cap wave... if they say "out of stock" or "limited availability" one day, and then "in stock" the next... they got the Avengers wave in.
3) you can also put in the DCPI number on the price scanners in store to see if they have any in the back. But it will count the cap figs as that.
4) some genius created this website
http://brickseek.com/target-inventory-checker you can put a DCPI number into the search, and it will show you how many "cap figs" are at each target. So that's a good way to estimate or judge what store got them in. IF they have a really high number of cap figs.. they likely got the avengers wave in. And of course if they have a low amount 1 day, and a larger amount the next.. that's also an indicator
5) finally for target... CALL. it always helps to call and ask on a monday, weds, or friday morning and simply ask if they received a shipment of "marvel legends" I told them "they're single carded figures, in a black box, the sides of the box have black and white images (not blue, not red, not purple... black and white) and the top left of the box reads "Build a figure: The Allfather" yeah you feel like a nerd, but it gets the job done. If they have the figures, Target will put them on hold for you in customer service.
Toys R Us
TRU just got these in, there's no dcpi trick with these.. you can either order these online when available, or call the store. They too will put these on hold for you
Amazon
check often. they randomly put them up. The last time they went up was 2am on saturday. They are however charging $21.99 for retail when they do have them in stock (anything higher is a marketplace item, not amazon parent)
Walmart, Hasbrotoyshop.com, and Meijer and Kmart (if you still have one) to my knowledge have not gotten them in yet. though walmart and meijer have started prepping for aisle changes.
Lastly... TheFwoosh.com has been such a blessing I've befriended a great group of collectors in near by area. And we look out for eachother. I got this wave because 2 of them found figs in the store, put them on hold for me, and i went during luch or after work to pick them up. We text eachother with they're up.
Also the Fwooshers all help each other up during SDCC, someone usually creates a mass group text and whenever the exclusives go up, they send a mass text out for us to go online and make our purchases.
