By the time I started playing X-Men Legends 2 no one was online to play. How was the online set up for that game?

well you could play the Danger Room offline. It was the same, just with other players online

I think for online they should have Co-op, Arcade mode, Free for all slayer, team slayer & some type of objective game (Capture the Flag maybe?).

Doesn't matter to me what the online options are other than co-op. That's the only thing I'd play online.

I cant believe this game does not have an official release date yet. I was hoping it would come out in Q1. But it if we have not heard it by now ... its not looking good.

On another Note... I really hope that Deadpool, Colossus (which probably wont make the cut because of Hulk) Iceman and Ghost Rider are all in this game.Silver Surfer and Emma Frost would be cool also.

I too hope that Emma is in the game. Her telepathy would make her unique ( unique characters=something that MUA failed to accomplish). She would also be the most logical choice for a telepath, since Jean is 50% dead.

Well, the games arent canon and dont follow what goes on in the Marvel Universe. Psylocke and Colossus were both dead when they were included in XML1 and Jean was dead by the time XML2 came around

I think he means that there's a 50% chance Jean died during Marvel Ultimate Alliance, depending on whether you saved her or Nightcrawler.

LOL...oh I see. Jean doesnt end the game dead though. If you save her, she lives. If you save Nightcrawler, she comes back from the dead. They have an easy out there considering she is the Phoenix afterall and by definition she will always rise back from the ashes

Emma Frost?
man, I thought she sucked in X-Men Legends. I tried to play as her, but it was hard and boring. I prefer Jean, for sure.

Emma's basically taken on Jean's role in the X-Men, so playing as either would be virtually the same now, I imagine, except Emma can turn to diamond and doesn't have the fiery Phoenix effects.

I also kinda miss how unbelievably broken Jean was in the first X-Men Legends. Walk into a room, use TK, and EVERYONE in front of you gets slammed with both psychic and physical damage. There were rooms that got cleared out immediately. But they (understandably) had to nerf her in XML2 so that her TK only hit one person at a time.

Dr. Strange and Invisible Woman's powers make for poor substitutes, with their single-damage type attacks.

I loved Jean's XML1 TK, since almost all the time I would use it to levitate the enemies off a ledge for extra EXP, not to mention crack up in doing it

except Emma also cant fly and has no TK. They only have TP in common and I think Jean's TK is more interesting than diamond skin

I would hope that if Emma was in MUA2 they would make her more like her comicbook self.
When she's in diamond form she should be nearly invulnerable but not be able to use any of her moves, unlike in XML when her diamond power was just a strength, melee and defense boost that made her glow...yellow for some reason.
I guess that was her canary diamond form

And why is Deadpool not on the Playable Characters list yet ? I hope they would not leave him out of this game.
