And yet another GOOD Marvel villain fu**ed over by MODOK's inclusion.

No dude. MODOK isn't the cause of Juggernaut's exclusion. He just didn't get in. Even if MODOK wasn't in, that doesn't mean his spot would automatically go to Juggernaut or whoever else you wanted.

Anyone complaining about MODOK being in this game must be a very very boring person on the inside.

Just as bad as the people saying Ken should be in this game. It's bad enough we have both Ryu and Akuma.

I will never complain about Capcom putting a very different and very interesting character like MODOK in the game. That's them doing the right thing. The wrong thing is doing boring MVC2 repeats like Sentinel.

Indeed. Not to mention that characters like MODOK and Shuma-Gorath bring the very necessary sex-appeal of Marvel's side. Can't let Capcom have all the fun.

well... truth be told, majority of marvel's A-List females... are the X-women. The only other popular (or flag ship females) that are non-x-men left are..

-Elektra
-Black Cat
-Ms Marvel
-Spider-Woman
-Wasp
-Invisible Woman

and really... Black Cat probably wouldn't make the cut, Wasp definitely wouldn't, Invisible Woman can't be, Ms Marvel would play just like Nova, which really leaves us at just Elektra and Spider-Woman who arn't really "wow"-ing anyone.

Now, If Medusa made the cut.. (with maybe a blackbolt special?) that'd be pretty fun, but i don't see her making a fighting game anytime soon

Medusa actually has a pretty strong chance. I think on top of the Guardians movie and the Nova movie they also were talking about an Inhumans movie as well.

Id rather Crystal than Medusa. Nothing against Medusa, but Crystal has more varied abilities and I think would make for a more interesting fighter

Either or would be fine by me. But Medusa would bring something more unique to the cast and could be almost a Sindel style character.

X-23 should have been Elektra. You could keep the same moveset, but at least you'd have one less X-person. Plus, Elektra is so much more stylish.

Pfft... you know for a fact that nameless, faceless goons are better than established characters with personalities and histories.

I, for one, can't wait to play as AIM Scientist.

I think Songbird would be an interesting choice. She would be representing the Thunderbolts(which currently doesn't have a rep) and her moveset would consist of her using her sonic screams and maybe some wrestling moves.

The Inhumans movie is definitely in the works, so Medusa is entirely possible.

She would have been great 2-3 years ago... but after Civil War and Siege... she seems to be on the popularity back burner

I can't wait to FINALLY see my favorite game character in action in MvC3! I've been waiting ever since the game was announced & they showed off Frank's silhouette. It's been a long journey, but they've saved the best Capcom character for last. Rocky will be cool too.

Well the base play style for Frank West will be the same, but we made some adjustments and tweaks to him so we’re able to open him up more because while there are similarities with the two games, there are also some great differences, so we had to match him to Marvel vs. Capcom. This time out, I think he’s more fun to play.

I like Frank, but he's basically Jack Valentine.

Shuma-Gorath's alternate colors where featured and on Marvel.com they had this to say.

In his earliest days in the comics, Shuma was purple. Of course, most people know him better in this form courtesy of Capcom’s Marvel Super Heroes. How he was chosen to be one of only 10 playable characters in the game when the whole Marvel Universe was available to choose from, I’ll never know – but you have to respect Capcom’s love for the character, which is what led to his return in Marvel vs. Capcom 3.
