Marvel vs. Capcom 3 - Part 5

In his earliest days in the comics, Shuma was purple. Of course, most people know him better in this form courtesy of Capcom’s Marvel Super Heroes. How he was chosen to be one of only 10 playable characters in the game when the whole Marvel Universe was available to choose from, I’ll never know – but you have to respect Capcom’s love for the character, which is what led to his return in Marvel vs. Capcom 3.

Seth Killian dropped a few notes on Twitter concerning what Rocket Raccoon's abilities will be in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3.

According to someone who claims he went to the event and that Frank's and RR's trailers were shown

I went to the stage show today in Akihabara. Managed to get a ticket for the stage show.

Stage show was pretty boring, 80% was about the Battle Girl (a casual girl who is training to prove that this game can be picked up by non-hardcore peeps) and another lady playing. Same prizes were offered to those who won against them, the poster and the yellow t-shirt from NYCC.

But then, boom, the trailers for the remaining characters. Let me first tell you this:
-I thought they were already revealed to the public. Niitsuma asked 'who checked the news last night?' and I assumed this meant the trailers were already shown.
-I didn't wear my glasses. I never do except for college, as I can see okay without them and I hate to wear them.

That aside, I managed to pick up these things. Believe it or not, but you will see I'm right when the trailers actually show up.

Rocket Raccoon:
-Has a hyper like Dante's Million Dollar. A stream of bullets, followed by a big blue energy ball that tracked slowly to the opponent. Opponent dummy was not blocking in trailer, but I believe it's possible to do mixups like Dormammu's
-Has a hyper in which he digs a hole... and then an explosion. A big one. I couldn't tell what happened. It was the trailer finisher, but I'm pretty sure it's a Level 3.
-He layed traps and pulled off guns out of nowhere during the trailer.
-Golden Hsien Ko showed up in his trailer, going crazy for about 5 seconds. Rocket Raccoon is nowhere to be seen though.
-Has a kinda normal voice, little accent nothing extreme, talks during opening and win pose.
-In his win pose, he comes up to the camera real, real close and talks ****, while pointing a knife-like object to you with a freakin' scary face. Kinda like Deadpool, only scarier.
--------- Quite positive Groot makes an appearance but I didn't look for him, never seen him before until someone asked me 'is Groot in?'

Frank West:
-Has a hyper in which he uses Double Chainsaw and throws them at you (didn't pick this up myself, my friend next to me did)
-Trailer finisher looks like his TvC Hyper with Servbot, opponent is stuck with a Servbot head (shoutouts to IPW's deer head) and then just gives you a beatdown
-Takes pictures with his camera several times during trailer.
-Hits with all kind of weapons, I can only remember a baseball bat
-Uses zombies to immobilze opponent
-Gets grabbed by one zombie during winpose, complains 'why do they always go for me' and yanks him away, walks off screen but then returns after 2 seconds followed by a horde of zombies.
------- No Real Megabuster or blue armor shown.

If this is true, I kinda wish Frank still had RMB. That way we can hear whining about how Capcom replaced MM with Frank. Because quite of few people are stupid enough to actually think that.

Man i'm 50/50 on whether or not this is true, if it is then AWESOME.

Either Frank not having REEEEEAL MEGA BUSTER! is a hint at Mega Man getting in....or Capcom was just to lazy to make a MM suit for Frank.

Rocky and Frank are going to be revealed today, it's all a matter of what time.

Funny thing about Frank not having RMB is, someone on Capcom Unity made up this stupid theory on how that it was Frank's fault why there was no MM in this. I cannot help but laugh that he made such a big deal out of it and got banned for nothing.
