Honestly, that just screams of being a cover-up answer. You're a creative game designer, it's your job to come up with ways to implement fighting styles and implement stuff from the games. If you can't find something in the numerous games out there to build a proper arsenal out of, then maybe you need to find a different field to work in.

It reminds me of the reason they gave for Animal Crossing having a stage but not a rep in Brawl.

There's no way in hell half the roster wouldn't be beat the other half of the roster. Applying reasons like that they did for Megaman, just proves they didn't want to think outside of their small limited box to make him better than he was in the previous games.

Well if you remember, Shuma Gorath made it as DLC only after lots of pressure from Capcom saying he was too popular too exclude (Which I find a little questionable). Well, the DLC petitions are more than enough proof that Gambit is still a fan-favorite, so maybe he might get the same treatment. If not, then I'm going to assume that Shuma's inclusion was a result of Seth or someone from Capcom making sure to secure a spot for their personal favorite.

Shuma is hugely popular in Japan, that is why Capcom insisted that he be included.

Capcom you dumb Swine. Mega Man offers no good playability because he's limited? What a croc. Yet they put that idiot Arthur in the game? Give me a break! I don't know what this guy's problem is but I'm really considering not even buying this game. Shuma Gorath is more popular than Mega Man? Really? Did Mega Man kick the director's puppy or take his mom to the prom?

I don't disagree with you, but I love your over the top reactions.

Admit it, you'll cave and buy this as quickly as you did the UA2 dlc.

Don't get your hopes up. The most you can hope for is some of the Capcom characters in the next Smash Bros, I really doubt we'd get a full game where Mario fights Chris Redfield or something.
