Marvel vs. Capcom 3

I read all those reviews and they say the same thing, the fighting is great, but besides that there is no story mode, or alt costumes to flesh out the game and the endings arent great. I dont mind too much becuase its all about the fighting for me, but at least a story mode would have been nice and some endings that arent just 1-2 pics

The worst thing about that is that it reveals that to many gamers, an actual character doesn't matter as long as they can win.

Yeah. I feel more rewarded when I win with a team of my favorites than I do when I'm picking the ''best" characters gameplay wise.

We can speculate forever, the fact of the matter is Magneto, Storm, and Sentinel were such staples of MvC2, every team had one, two, or all three,, that Capcom felt removing them would be insulting to the hardcore players who played the hell out of that game for 10 years.

They shouldn't matter is the thing though. Storm and Magneto are important characters to X-Men lore. Sentinel? Not so much.

Storm and Magneto ARE CHARACTERS, unlike a sentinel. Hell, even the Hulk is more of a character. I mean, if we're going to just have a generic faceless minion in the game, why not one of those A.I.M. guys? They look like badass beekeepers.

Storm and Magneto ARE CHARACTERS, unlike a sentinel. Hell, even the Hulk is more of a character. I mean, if we're going to just have a generic faceless minion in the game, why not one of those A.I.M. guys? They look like badass beekeepers.

A team of MODOK and 2 AIM soldiers? Awesome sauce team of the year.

you can guys can be upset all you want...I personally would have preferred another character to Sentinel too, but the fact of the matter is Capcom wanted to show their appreciation for the tourney scene for keeping the MvC2 hype and the game alive for so many years

Besides Sentinel and Hulk, is there another "big guy"? I used to have a lot of fun using Sentinel, Hulk and Juggernaut.
