That's how I feel about the ASM2 suit. Still love the first film's suit.

me too, i feel that suit was a great change, but as TASM2 in it´s entirety they just went the safe by the numbers studio movie with something more accepted...

i mean i like both suits but this was at least something different and good imho, it looked stylized, had better colors and looked great in motion...

If Spidey gets his classic suit from Stark, it'd be cool if it utilized Under Armor material, since the Avengers seemed to like it in Age of Ultron.

The Miles Morales costume in the comics atm is pretty awesome and I would love to see BUT I'm just too traditionalist I guess. Though I do enjoy the Superior Spider-Man design

The traditional costume is great and all, but it just feels a bit too vanilla for me. I like seeing the various interpretations and alternate costumes in the comics. Besides, we've had four movies with the traditional costume. Hell, they completely botched the Symbiote costume (my personal favorite) in SM3 to essentially just make it a lazy black version of the traditional costume.

It might be a bit too different as-is, but I'd love to see the Ben Reilly costume play an influence on the main MCU Spider-Man costume.

Still for me I really did like asm2 suit. It was near perfect from comics to screen. Again if we took the basis of the duit. But improved on the things like back tick spider. Different lens and shape. Different texture on material and maybe no raised webbing I be happy.

I still don't get how anyone can hate the TASM2 suit. It was incredible. It was literally a perfect comic to screen translation. I like every Spider-Man suit from both Raimi to Webb, if I have any nitpicks it's that the Symbiote Suit in Spider-Man 3 wasn't actually a symbiote suitbut instadjust a color swap

I would not want to go with a non peter suit for peter. In the event marvel in time ever wants to go into ben, kaine, miles, or miguel routes. We leave there suits alone so they can properly use there suits on them.

I would like to see a fairly classic style Spider-man costume in the MCU. Though if they were to deviate in any way I would maybe suggest some elements from the Ben Reilly costume mixed in with the classic suit.


And maybe some web pits too. lol

So I was thinking if the new/mcu suit isn't made from same material as the raimi/ASM2 suit was. What if it was more cloth looking material. Like if any one seen the trailer for the new supergirl series for the blue upper body portion of her suit.

The best thing ever would be if he has, as his starting costume, the Scarlet Spider Costume because that could make sense as it looks very put together. Then, after he meets Tony, he gets the Iron Spider Suit and at the end of the movie he has his classic costume.

No I see no need to use scarlet spider suit as a proto suit. You just do the real suit or a makeshift like the other films done. Why use ben suit. I am sure in time marvel would want to play with Ben and use ben suits on ben.

That would be pretty meh. Too mundane for a superhero costume imo. It's one of the many aspects I think is underwhelming about her costume. I'd rather not see the MCU Spidey in some cosplay outfit.

No that design is to busy and odd. No need to try and reinvent the wheel. Folks want to see the classic for a reason.
