Homecoming Marvel's Spider-Man Costume!? - Part 5

So I googled "Merchoid Premium Spider-Man Hoodie" and this came up. I tried to go the the page the image came from, but it's not found, but it's definitely Merchoid that the picture came from. If you search Merchoid, the only Spidey hoodie they have is the Civil War one that's hidden. Is there a chance that this is it, and therefore our first look?

again dont get to crazy as that could be from something else, or not even from the site itself. Again civil war line isnt there ownt line they have currently. Plus it does look a bit more like usm toon stuff so for all we know it could be from some appeal line from that.

ya its not a bad thing but still dont get to hyped right now. For all we know this may not be the hoodie for the civil war line. Could be from a different thing or the linkage wasnt right.

So just to elaborate on what PeterBenParker has pointed out regarding the potential new suit:

Seems to be a cross between these two:

Colour
The colour seems to be like the (cartoon) Ultimate suit, along with the lack of arm stripes:

Web Pattern
Whilst the web pattern seems to emanate from the Spider symbol outwards, ala this:

...but also looks a little distorted, like this:

If you look closely, the web pattern is completely different from the USM cartoon suit; messy like the EOT suit, the symbol is different too. I'm convinced that this is the real deal.

Same. Plus, Merchoid wouldn't have held off from showing the hoodie immediately unless they were told to wait, by Marvel perhaps, for a specific reason (for a more official image of the suit to be released in due course).

I also realised that looking at the image zoomed in, there are thin red lines on the blue that run parallel to the red torso section but this could just be because the image is very low quality and producing random colours in places.

Look at my post earlier, underneath danethemichael's. It seems as though Merchoid uploaded it themselves when they first put up the hoodie on the website, perhaps as a test to see how it would look with their other products, and then quickly took down the image as soon as they were done.

Google must have kept it in its cache (or however the internet works), hence why there's still an image for it on the internet!

If Merchoid hadn't had uploaded the image, the product will still be their on the website, but there wouldn't have been any way of finding the image at all and then tracing it back to the product (by simply googling the name of the product on Google Images and then doing a reverse image search).

True. But now i'm really, REALLY curious about the mask.

That explains it. I think Marvel are truly getting ready for the reveal.

I like your detective work, but I REALLY doubt they have merchandise for him. I could be wrong since Civil War comes out in a few months, so there IS merchandise for the movie, but I find it hard to believe they'll have a hoodie for Spidey. I still don't think he'll be a big enough part of the film for it. But hey, it is Spidey, so who knows.

If true, I'm digging it a lot. The messy webbing has always been one of my favorite design elements used by various artists. Not a HUGE fan of the gigantic spider symbol, but that's a nitpick at best.
