Arrow Matt Nable is Ra's Al Ghul

Why are they so inconsistent in this series on how to pronounce Ra's?

Nable pronounces it Rayshe. Ollie, who was introduced to him, then doesn't repeat back the same thing but calls him Raz. And Det Lance, who was introduced to him last episode also says Rayshe.

So Ollie is above actually pronouncing someone's name the way they introduced themselves and decides to give it his own spin?

Maybe someone should refer to Mr Queen as Olé. And we could get Laurelle Lance, Slarday (like Sade) Wilson, Mall come Mer line etc.

Why can't they get someone in the film crew to keep them all consistent with their pronunciations?

I personally love how Nable's appearance has changed since his debut. Sort of slowly evolved into the iconic Ra's look. Just props for the actor in altering his appearance for the role.
(I wish Amell would do the same lol)

I'm really digging the character. Very genial and warm yet, still reserved and calculating.

He's definitely been one of the strong points of Season 3. Nable is great.

I'm pretty sure Nable looks the way he does because it's the way the producers want him to look. The same goes for Amell.

That is great. I love Ra's al Ghul and I thought Matt Nable did an excellent job playing the character last season. I think they will either encounter him through time-travel, or perhaps he will he feature in a flashback for Sara.
