The first combo i took from the notes blood spattered letters and converted to numbers.

the other is the amount of letters in between the blood splattered letters.

I said this before, but the "Taffyface" article has some other anamolies . . . there are 2 TIMES referenced with a simple "." instead of a ":" . . . . don't know what connotation that has, but has to be something to do with it . . .

Ok, this is how it is. This Vault is in the POLICE DEPARTMENT, so joker does NOT know the combo, otherwise he'd do it himself. Obviously someone high up in the department set the combination in the police station. The police is where we need to look, not in a code somewhere in words or in a paper. Think about Karl Breitup ir w/e, his anniversary was just given in the GothamCab site. Why? Maybe for this. Valentines day in 1985, maybe 2-14-85? Its not working for me, but this line of thought makes much more sense, right?

Two things I have noticed:

*** On the Gotham Cabs website, at the bottoms, it says:
