Thunderbolts Netflix series outline (My ideas)
I am making a lot of assumptions about where some characters will be by the end of certain movies/shows and stuff....it's not perfect, but I believe it could be pretty well done on a Netflix show. I could go into more detail if requested.
Episode 1 -
After the splitting choices of Civil War, Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross is given the go ahead to form a taskforce to neturalise the biggest threats to world safety, by any means necessary. But his choices are cause for concern as he brings in former head of Hydra Baron Zemo, violent vigilante The Punisher, Dangerous assassin Elektra, Hydra lacky Brock Rumlow (Crossbones) and former call girl turned enforcer Tanya Sealy (Black Mamba).
Episode 2 -
Tensions run high as individuals of the team try to get along and not kill each other while working on bringing down a terrorist cell being supplied with high tech weapons. Ross is brought under scrutiny for his newly assembled team.
Episode 3 -
The team head to Kata Jaya, a Southeast Asian island led by General Awa, who has been aquiring dangerous new gamma weapons. Frank continues to doubt if working with this team is worth the compromises he's making.
Episode 4 -
With Mamba captured and the crazed General ready to retaliate against the US government, the team resort to unusual methods to end his tyranny. Crossbones starts to question Zemo's real motives and agendas.
Episode 5 -
Crossbone's past is explored as his distrust with Zemo continues and Frank and Elektra grow closer. Ross decides to bring in a new team member, a french engineer named André Gerard who brings with him his own weapon that generates high velocity tornado-like winds.
Episode 6 -
After preventing a catastrophe that would have killed hundreds of innocent people, the team begin to feel what it really means to be heroes. Zemo begins to plot taking Ross's place and take full control of the team.
Episode 7 -
Ross reveals to the team that they have been on the track of A.I.M, a criminal think tank organisation developing WMDs. Meanwhile the leader of A.I.M, Andrew Forson, focuses on his newest invention. Elektra and Mamba bond over their dark pasts.
Episode 8 -
MODOK, A.I.M's newest creation designed for hyper intelligence and a higher understanding of the universe, awakens. Zemo sets his plan in motion to remove Ross from control. Andre takes the name Whirlwind after designing a new suit for himself.
Episode 9 -
With Ross in hospital on life support, Zemo takes over the team, which causes a huge rift. Crossbones is let in on Zemos plan. MODOK becomes more unstable and goes AWOL.
Episode 10 -
Following a lead on the location of A.I.Ms biggest base of operations, the rest of the team soon discover Zemos plan and already uneasy relationships collapse.
Episode 11 -
With MODOK now head of A.I.M, he pushes harder for more scientific breakthroughs and advanced technology for his new plan to control the planet. Frank is locked up as the rest of the team are forced to work together for their potential freedom.
Episode 12 -
Frank resorts to desperate measures for his own freedom and sets out to right his wrongs. Zemo has a new recruit to take Franks place in the assault on A.I.M, one that could prove to be uncontrollable. Ross wakes up.
Episode 13 -
MODOK proves to be more than the team can handle as theattack on A.I.M causes casualties on both sides and the Thunderbolts fight for control over the situation and themselves. Nobody is getting out of this unscathed.
