Marvel Films MCU Phase IV!

I am sure MCU could find a way to make it work. Though I am not exactly asking for the three of them to appear in A5, but if they have a Civil War kind of film for one of the solo films, one of them could appear there as an Avenger.

I think they will have to do an announcement about phase 4 in 2017!
Think 2018 would be to late...
So it should not be far away, and we will all be informed.

Although i think, that we have a problem because of the "IW Avengers" movies.
You could spoil something with the announcement of phase 4, but they can not wait till June 2019 - in my view!

Spiderman 2 is, as i think, already scheduled for summer 2019, or?
And will start phase 4...

And they will drop the three movies for 2020, i think.. (in 2017)
Which are movies 2-4 in phase 4...

We will see, if they announce more movies for 2021 and 2022 in 2017!

They're probably gonna wait till after Avengers 4 to release the scheduling of their future releases. They have already given a general idea of which films will get sequels and when.

After the scale of Infinity War, they'll probably want to scale back for a while with more one-shot films. In least that's what i'm hoping they'll do in Phase IV.

It would be neat if Marvel film and television started working together more. Even if at first only the Netflix shows went to film. Seems like a wasted oportunit to not have Daredevil and Kingpin interacting with Spider-Man.

I hope they'll announce the nex phase like they did in 2014.
It was awesome when they revealed

I couldn't find sleep at that day LOL

edit: clearly it was Captain America: Civil War and not Serpent Society

See, I would have still totally watched Captain America: Serpent Society. :p

Fantastic Four teaser announcement will cause seizures. X-Men teaser announcement will literally kill people.

Phase 4 needs to be shorter. Spider-Man sequel, Guardians 3, Doctor Doom and then end it in 2020. The third 2020 film will be the end of both the MCU and X-Men universes in ways which will forever change the course of Marvel filmmaking.

By that I mean combine the MCU and X-Men films in the biggest film of all time where the Avengers and X-Men team up to fight the Beyonder in Secret Wars. With a $300,000,000 budget and a $200,000,000 marketing campaign for the single biggest film event of all time. The X-Men are coming home and they're doing it in style. Cable vs Winter Soldier. Hulk vs Wolverine. Storm vs Thor. Cyclops vs Hawkeye. Doctor Strange vs Magik. Black Widow vs Domino. Spider-Man vs Deadpool. Captain Marvel vs Jean Grey. And I'd audibly bleep out Deadpool's dialog to keep a PG-13 rating/it's funny. I'd even blur his mask when he uses profanity. Doctor Doom along with multiple villains are forced to battle the heroes until Doom usurps the Beyonder's power and takes control of Battleworld before Magneto betrays him and sides with the heroes to create a new, better reality.

Part 2 would hit in early 2021 and make everything old new again. Dead heroes would be alive again, the Avengers and X-Men would now coexist in the same universe... and Norman Osborn is the director of SHIELD. We'd get a soft reboot of both universes which would keep things fresh. And it would be a great way of recasting Downey, Cheadle and Ruffalo who have simply aged out of their roles/contracts as well as replacing Nicholas Hoult who simply isn't very good as Beast.

People may come up with better ideas but nobody can come up with a bigger one. This would top Infinity War in terms of scope, audience, potential merchandise and virtually every other way possible. The biggest CBM of all time which would never manage to get bigger in a way which DC could never compete with. It would be a complete game over for DC where we'd get dozens of heroes on screen at the same time.

And then Fantastic Four hits two months later in July and we get Iron Man 4 in December over Christmas weekend.

I hope we will get a Serpent Society movie someday.

Also, RIP to The Inhumans. If only you were handled by Kevin Feige and not Scott Buck.

Hey all,

I stumbled onto a Vlog about comic books, movies, pop culture and such. You should check it out. Not bad stuff.

Alot of MCU stuff.

Injustice Nerds: Amoung Us

Buck is a death sentence on any project.

If takeover of Fox is announced this year, then I we'll get the announcement of some Phase 4 projects with it. They can't announce that the rights of F4 and X-Men are back without saying about future plans (which are definitely well developed, because I think they're planing with that for many months and maybe even years).
Imagina how lame the announcement will be: We have the rights for F4 and X-Men...expect some movies with them in the future.

Oh my gosh yes.

Actually a villain movie would be fun. So my phase four would be...

Spider-Man homecoming 2
Captain marvel 2
Black panther 2
She Hulk
Thunderbolts
Captain America: serpent society
Doctor strange 2
Avengers

With the Fantastic Four and X-Men owned by Marvel, we now have a lot more to look forward to with Phase IV. Would prefer if they waited a Phase or two before integrating the X-Men, but i doubt that will happen.

I guess the earliest we'll hear will be Comic Con (so far away). The first Phase 3 movie was 1,5 years ahead, when it was announced at the Marvel Event in October 2014 (Civil War in April 2016).
So in July they could announce the next bunch of Marvel movies starting in March 2020 (not counting Spiderman: homecoming 2 which already has been announced)

Next D23 will be in 2019,a little bit after the release of Avengers 4 so I guess that's where they will start bombing us with information regarding Phase 4/X-Men/F4.

Comic con 2018 will be used to go full on Avengers 4 & Captain Marvel so I don't see a lot of X-Men/F4 news there.

It will be interesting to see how the X-Men and F4 change things. I REALLY hope it doesn't stop Marvel from the cosmic focus they were hyping up, especially now that we have all the big cosmic players back home. We need Nova, Quasar, and the Annihilators!

I could see them making some sort of announcement or hint at their plans at comic con. Probably something like the phase three announcement with a Logo and a date. By then they'll definitely have a grasp on what the future of the MCU will look like and can be ready to announce something.

Yeah that really stings. A big budget Inhumans movie could have been amazing :csad:

Feige just never seemed into the idea, so I approve of them moving off the slate for that reason.

That said, the show needed to be a lot better. I would say it should have come out next year instead. Give them more pre-production time. Would maybe have helped the story.

I'll admit I've haven't seen it (and probably never will), but my big gripe upon seeing the trailers was production quality. The Inhumans are just not something that can be done properly on the cheap.

I think it is harder to do for TV, yes. But, I also think they could have made a good show using them. They just made a lazy attempt.
