Only wounded Hulk and War Machine are left from the last line up.

Maybe that's what Fury is trying to do in FFH: recruit new members, starting with Spider-Man.

How did Cap return the stones back to their original places ? Did he visit Asgard ? How can he go there undetected ? And how does one return soul stone ? It required someone's sacrifice to obtain the soul stone so who will he return that stone to ? Red Skull ? and how will he return it back ? will the dead rise again ?

Then again how will Cap return Power Stone ?

I think for this we just have to use our imagination. Personally, when old Steve was talking to Sam, I would have loved if he had said something along the lines of "Well, after putting everything back where they should be..." and we get a quick montage of him doing just that, before he says the line about taking Tony's advice.

I'm guessing the writers probably didn't really think it through either and just wanted to focus more on giving Steve a proper ending, which makes sense from a narrative perspective.

The returned haven't aged, so schools will be inundated with new students the system hasn't had to account for. Seriously ill or injured patients will most likely die before receiving proper treatment. (You're no longer on the waiting list for a transplant, you'd have to be re-entered in a care program, etc.) Never mind the people who died as a direct result of the snap, not just those who were dusted. i.e., the people in aircraft whose pilots were dusted, people in surgery whose surgeons were dusted, etc.
What if you come back and your family has died of natural causes while you were away? The justice system is screwed. How many dusted people were awaiting trial or victims of a crime which never went to trial? You'd suddenly have billions of unemployed people who've missed out on five years of technological advancement, facing a global economic system not prepared to feed twice as many mouths with the same resources it had yesterday.
All this because Tony didn't want to sacrifice his daughter, who still would've been born anyway. Kind of a dick move when you think about it.

No parent is ever going to agree to any scenario where they risk their children. Time travel is tricky and there are no guarantees after deploying it.

I agree. The laziest and easiest thing would have been to undo everything. This choice leads to some interesting and unique storytelling possibilities.

I guess you could have Professor Hulk to fill the science position. Black Panther or Valkyrie could fill the ruler/king role. Doctor Strange would obviously be the mystical position. The common man role could be filled by any number of character, with Ant-Man, War Machine, Falcon, or the Wasp filling the common person role. There aren't many antihero roles within the MCU but I guess you put either Bucky or Scarlet Witch (maybe Hawkeye after his dark turn in EG) in there. That leaves the mutant spot open since they've yet to be introduced.

So we know Hela is gone, but that Necro sword ca not be destroyed, we could get a tie in to symbiotes as that sword was created by the symbiote God. Which could in turn lead us to gore the God butcher. So many stories for Thor and don't forget we still have not been introduced to the hidden realm 'Heaven' where we could be introduced to Angela.

A few ideas...

1. WandaVision series continues her story as she reconciles with her life post snap. Twist will be that the Vision in that series, initially introduced as a rebuilt version sans Soul Stone w/ Shuri's help, will be just a figment of Wanda's chaos magic. Plant seeds of Wanda's instability...

2. Young Avengers film ft. Harley (from IM3) as Iron Lad (instead of Kang), Cassie Lang as Stature, Kate Bishop or Hawkeye's daughter (depending on his Disney+ show), Patriot, Hulkling + Wiccan. Maybe rename as Avengers Academy & ft. a senior character as den mother (Wasp or Ant-Man? Cap?).

3. Black Widow's organization introduced in EG are the seeds of SWORD, with Abigail Brand as official director. As Iron Man implies in his eulogy, the universe is all connected now. Make it feel like Men-in-Black, a very casual setting blending human & alien. Introduce the concept in a Captain Marvel sequel set in the present (rather than set in the past again, use the film to showcase how her past is catching up with her...Yon-Rogg is still alive after all)

4. Obviously introduce FF & X-Men.

5. Main Avengers: Captain Marvel, Black Panther, Captain America, Ant-Man, Wasp, Professor Hulk, Valkyrie. Adapt Secret Invasion. In the aftermath of the snap, Skrulls took the opportunity to replace certain characters

6. Have Kang be the main villain in a Fantastic Four film--keep his identity a mystery that's ongoing in the next few phases...reveal him to an evil Reed Richards (a la Ultimate Reed Richards).

7. Make Onslaught a mega cross-over event a la Infinity War, but the film ends on a surprise twist with Doom assuming control of this omnipotent power & leading into Secret War for the EndGame-esque finale to these next 20 films.

I wasn’t quite expecting this but I’m glad it’s happened this way.
