He was never going to appear, they didn't even cast someone for him. They wouldn't have some random be Warlock, still don't think they have anyone for him since GOTG3 was delayed.

What are the chances the Tony that died in Endgame was secretly a Skrull? Would that ruin the death, strengthen that scene? I mean, wouldn't it be in the Skrulls best interest that they fend off Thanos' army as well?

They revert back when they died. We see that in CM after the fake Coulson dies and the other one impersonating Carol dies. We should not assume they advanced past that happening. It was Tony no skrulls in this movie and they wouldn't even know to drop the I am...Iron Man line.

Seriously, people are already complaining about Captain Marvel being a Deus ex machina and she actually had her own movie. Inserting a brand new cosmically powerful character who surprise has been fighting Thanos for ages would be an actual DEM.

Future MCU would focus on cosmic being, celestials, eternals, mutants .. in addition to superheroes and extraterrests already existing.
Warlock could appear in a GoG movie or F4 movie

The Avengers have disbanded for now, so it's almost certain that in 4-5 years when the new Avengers film will come we'll see Nick Fury again recruiting the heroes (Captain Marvel, Dr. Strange, Spider-Man, etc.) to confront a new super-villain (Kang? Dr. Doom?).

Have we actually seen any evidence to suggest the Avengers have disbanded? Sure, a couple members have died or retired, but they have a lot of people remaining.

Idk, with her being earthside at the end for the funeral, I assume she just might stick around now
Maybe she helps to establish SWORD and becomes the suit of armor around the world Tony always envisioned
and she would still be nearby enough to fight with the Avengers at a moment's notice
And having her constantly being like "oh I was off helping some random aliens you'll never see" is a huge waste of the character
Let the [As]guardians of the Galaxy protect alien races, while Carol is the bridge between Earth and more Cosmic scale stuff...
she can be the first one to encounter Silver Surfer and Galactus on their way to Earth, getting her ass kicked and showing how serious the new threat is

And whatever the heck they do with Vision.

Maybe they reverse the comics and give him a permanently human looking body that they call Simon Williams... idunno, spitballin there... but yeah it was weird he wasn't even remotely addressed, Wanda didn't even use his name, just alluded to him

Presumably on the films we are following the timeline where Steve Rogers took all the stones back to where they were the heist took place. I can speculate that the Ancient One left upon her death the sorcerers will be needed to gather others for the battle against Thanos on this date

Steve took the stones back, but Thanos destroyed them in the timeline. Meaning there are now no Infinity Stones in the present. Opening up our dimension to threats, per the Ancient One.

Carol hanging around post Engdame really depends on Maria and her daughter, IMO. I could still see Carol sticking space side and only occasionally assisting the Avengers when things get really bad like Thor already does. I'm assuming Falcon will be the new leader since he has the shield.

How did Cap return the stones back to their original places ? Did he visit Asgard ? How can he go there undetected ? And how does one return soul stone ? It required someone's sacrifice to obtain the soul stone so who will he return that stone to ? Red Skull ? and how will he return it back ? will the dead rise again ?

Then again how will Cap return Power Stone ?

Instead of using the quantum realm to move for a heist he went back for a covert reinsertion mission of the stones and hammer. Time works different, so in those few seconds before Professor Hulk tried to bring him back Cap presumably took one more jump to Peggy and destroyed his Stark tech quantum GPS.

Nobody said it but think about it.
Iron Man and Black Widow dead.
Captain America retired.
Hakweye retired.
Thor and Captain Marvel left earth.
Only wounded Hulk and War Machine are left from the last line up.

Maybe that's what Fury is trying to do in FFH: recruit new members, starting with Spider-Man.

Power Stone- He pops in while Quill is still lying knocked out and puts it back
Space Stone- Easy enough, just has to break in to the base again
Mind Stone- Just give it to any Hydra agent he sees after he walked out of that elevator
Time Stone- Simply hands it back to Ancient One
Reality Stone- This ones tough, he has to sneak around without Heimdall noticing (although maybe Heim gives him a pass, knowing what he's doing and that he's Thor's friend) and inject Jane Foster without her noticing
Soul Stone- I don't know. Maybe he just chucks it back up into that cloud. Or maybe he has a really awkward convo with Red Skull where he's like "heyyy, turns out we didn't need this, thanks anyway tho... how've you beeen?"
