Yall do know that is bad writing. No way would that really take him down. Plus Thor got took down by a regular SHIELD guy as well. I know he lost his powers which if you think about it shouldn't have been possibly but again....................bad writing.
Actually the main premise of the original Thor comic was that he only had his powers on Earth if he held Mjolnir, if they were separated for more than 60 seconds he turned into a powerless mortal named Dr Donald Blake.
In the comics, Juggernaut would probably get a tingle from a high voltage cable up his bum, but otherwise wouldn't be incapacitated by it ( in the comics he also has a force field ). Let's face it, that was for comic effect only....and it was hilarious.
In the films, based on his feats Juggernaut is a B grade Hulk at best ( in the comics he has curb stomped Colossuss more than once). Even without his hammer, and lightning, only relying on fighting skills and his super strength I see Thor beating Juggernaut pretty handily.
If it was the comic book Juggernaut against pre-Ragnarok MCU Thor that might be a different story. Comic book Juggernaut would be a very tough match for MCU Hulk or MCU Thanos, he's that powerful.
I'm not even sure if Movie Juggernaut could beat Abomination or Ultron Prime with Vibranium casing.
So, in short, MCU Thor beats X-verse Juggernaut 10/10.
