Kiki has a good look for Storm, I haven't seen her in anything though.

I'd also like Pepi Sonuga in the role.

Anyone here familiar with Naomi Ackie? She seems to be a rising star and she has a good age and look for Storm. I'm just not familiar with her work myself so I'm curious to hear if someone else has an opinion on her.
 
I like Asa, but I'm not sure about Asa for Cyclops. He seems a little too awkward.
Asa Butterfield is very good in the new Netflix show “Sex Education” which is surprising to me because I didn’t think much of him. But I don’t see him as Cyclops either. He’s more of an X-Men Evolution Nightcrawler type. Or maybe Toad.
 
Beast is definitely the primary choice for intersection between the X-Men and The Avengers/Whatever the big team is post-Phase Three
 
I personally wouldn't focus on Beast at all. lol
He's been such a schmuck in the comics the past few years, I just can't with him

Comic book Beast is definitely unlikable, but TAS Beast needs to be somewhere in the MCU!
 
X-men must be in their 30 and veteran and Xavier founding x-men since before Iron-Man (in official Timeline Iron-Man 1 & 2 set in 2010)

I think Marvel will probably want to make Beast an Avenger/functioning member of the Illuminati. It's a significant part of his history that's never been explored.

I'd be fine with this. Assuming the X-Men formed when they were in their late teens, that gives them a good 4-5 years (2018-2022) on the younger students but not a ridiculous amount (like 15-20 years ). Again, this is what they were in Giant-Sized X-Men:

Perfectly acceptable starting point for the franchise.
Something like Giant Size 1 is what I’m looking for.

Yep. Quicksilver could have been a lesser crossover character too, but Whedon :dry:
 
Why should Beast be the crossover character? Do the Avengers really need someone with that skill set?
 
Beast is both a classic X-Man and an Avenger. That's why fans want to see both.
 
Something like Giant Size 1 is what I’m looking for.

I wouldn't mind if they took inspiration from the X-Men: Blue suits:

personally I preffer Beast to spend the first 3 movies with just the X-Men and later joining the avengers.
he can make a cameo here and there, but he should be a X-Man first, and not just in one movie.

There are thousands of classic X-Men, so it wouldn't hurt if Hank skept a few X-Men movies to give room to some others.

Beast can appear in other franchises like Avengers in a way that makes sense. So it would be better to save the X-Men movies for characters who are not part of other franchises.

Uhhh I agree with this. We've had 4 movies with Beast as a member of the X-Men. And unlike other core X-Men, he had a decent role to play. I mean, seriously. Beast left the X-Men in the early 70s and didn't come back until the '91 relaunch. In all that time, he was a main member of the Avengers. So for the MCU - it makes sense to explore a side of the character that's never been explored and have McCoy function as the bridge between the Avengers and the X-Men. As you said, he can be referenced as a founding member of the X-Men. He can come back in later films but he should-could sit out the first two or three

My perfect scenario is that he’s a founding member and then comes in and out of the teams, switching between them. He can also appear in X-films without going on every field mission.
