Fant4stic Michael B Jordan is "Flame On!" The Human Torch - Part 2

Wait, someone happily saying that there are less race related comments on Youtube is bringing the debate back? Lol, ok.

Unless you have been here from the beginning, it is a little hard to understand....and I will leave it at that.

FLAME ON, BABY! :D

Again, awesome stuff, the power displays in this trailer were great, and they still have plenty of time to improve the already good looking CGI.

I must say Johnny Storm torchin' up looks very, very nice. I really dig how he is a man on fire and the stuff that's from the UFF. Very excited. MBJ also good as Johnny Story the person as well.

He's referring to Youtube. And the race comments were still all over there and Facebook since the last trailer.

Yes the race thing has been continuous on any news site or YouTube video comments section related to this movie.

I wasn't refering to here, just pointing out that it's one of the negative topics that seemed lesser mentioned with this trailer than it was before, thus a reduction.

The Human Torch effect looks great. The Thing...not so much.

He was the best part of the trailer, Michael B. Jordan.

Wow, the visual effects are really good!

Love that small exchange between him and Doom!

The Disney-owned ABC has no problem promoting Fantastic Four. What a twist!

I'm glad to see Johnny thinking about using their powers to help vs. Reed just wanting to fix the situation.

Reed is used to having the answers and now he doesn't know what to do.

Yeah but see, that's out of character for both Reed and Johnny.

From day 1, Reed is the leader and leads the others to helping people. His other driving motivation is to cure Ben.

Johnny is the kid brother who follows Reed and the others while enjoying the thrill of flaming on and flying high.

I hope that it's Reed that gets the ball rolling, otherwise it's just another example of Trank and Kinberg making things up to suit their own ideas and not respect the original characterizations.

It's comic accurate to the the UFF.

Johnny has a father present. The experiment went wrong and Reed wants to find everyone and fix them.

When the Moleman attacks it's Johnny and Ben that go after if first but Reed realizes the best way to utilize their powers to stop it.

I agree, and that's just one of the many problems that was introduced in UFF to weaken the character of Reed Richards.

I also really don't like how they show Johnny have a "friendly" relationship with Domashev, a character who should look on everyone as beneath him in both the 616 and Ultimate versions.

Friendly with Domaschev?

He characterized Johnny as doesn't take orders, I assuming Johnny doesn't like taking orders from Domaschev.

Doom's only other line of dialogue was a condescending line about Reed being in over his head and having no idea what's coming and having no idea what to do.

Johnny has always seemed like the headstrong type the first one to run into danger and it's Reed pulling him back. That line seems to reflect that type of mentality.

The Torch effects look really cool. I like the concept. Jordan's also playing Johnny cocky, but not annoyingly so. Chris Evans was solid, but could be a bit much sometimes. Jordan is being a lot more subtle, which is nice to see.

That's awesome! And pretty cute.

I love the way his eyes look when he flames on. They set him apart from Evans' version and Sunspot

How about the clip where Ben asks them about the coming trip and Johnny is screwing with his chair. Domashev is just acting like one of the guys?

^ I don't know how you reached such drastically different conclusions, but the trailer clearly shows that Johnny and Victor don't like each other.
