I thought the finale of MI3 was pretty strong actually.

Epic.

Oh and according to the IMAX site, the runtime is 132 min. Double EPIC.

Does anyone know if Michele Monaghan's character is going to be in the film? It would be very disappointing if they just ignore that Ethan Hunt was married.

Paula Patton is my girl! I always liked her and think she is one of the sexiest actress around. Anyway, do they explain what happens to the old team from the previous movies? Like Ving Rhames etc? And didn't Ethan get married in MI 3 to that chick that kinda looks like Katie Homles?

Reguardless, I am excited about seeing this. It's one of the few movies that look good for the rest of this year.

Anyone have any info on my question lol?

Watch a New Clip From Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol

Anyone have any info on my question lol?

Well all of the team bar Ving were either traitors or died in the first movie. In the second the only member added was a chopper pilot from the Aussie branch. Now where Ving, Maggie Q and Rhys Meyers are in this movie I don't honestly know, I guess just re-assigned.

We don't know yet if Ethan's marital status will be mentioned in the movie..

Like what I'm seeing so far, great banter between Renner and Pegg.

I thought MI:3 was a pretty lazy movie especially the way it was just an extended version of an average episode of ALIAS complete with a song montage at the end. Telegraphing all the big plot twists too.

Better than MI:2. :o

LOL, I actually think I enjoyed MI:2 the most out of any of the movies. Even though the plot ripped off Hitchcock.

Mi2 is a really fun movie to watch and the action is phenomenal. Mi3 is my favorite. Great action, great personal story and great villain

What plot was there yes.

I think the first movie was a good, high production values spy thriller.

Third movie was just kind of meh. Phillip Seymour Hoffman was really good, but that big third act bait and switch was a total letdown. Sort of killed the premise and their idea of "real people in real danger in intense, emotional situations."

Still, I thought it was better than M:I2, which was nothing more a bunch of BS used to tie together a bunch of over-the-top action sequences.

I liked M:I3 a lot... some things could have been done better (love story needed more development, Hoffman should have been in it more, and pulling a Pulp Fiction Suitcase with the Rabbit's Foot annoyed me) but so far I think it was the best film of the series because it balanced the intrigue and the action well. The first film had the best story, but it was too light on action.

Hopefully though, Ghost Protocol will blow them all out of the water!

I felt the ending to MI3 was solid as well. I also thought the ending to MI2 was well done, despite MI2's short comings overall as a film.

Does anyone know if Ving Rhames is going to have a cameo in MI4? I have heard different things regarding his involvement.

I would actually like to see Rhames show up in a MI4 TV spot at the end and say something to Ethan like "Getting into trouble again Ethan?" and they both smile and have a laugh or something and than the action picks up in the spot. That would be cool.

I'm wondering if Ving and Michelle Monaghan are in it but get killed at the very beginning.

I think Mi:III is comfortably the best all round movie in the series. The first was a good high-tech thriller and the second was a slick actioner, I still rate the motorbike action sequence at the end as one of the best action sequences ever put on film.

I enjoy MI:2 for Cruise doing a lot of his own stunts so they are able to really get in close and stay on him for most of the shots instead of cutting away constantly though there are the times when you can tell it is a stunt double.

I also enjoy because it seemed it knew what it wanted to be, just a straightforward, John Woo style action movie or at least it attempted that. I was disappointed with the attempts at MI:3 to make it "intriguing" and "complex."

I just have the most fun watching the second movie. Wish Anthony Hopkins' misogynist IMF boss stuck around for the third.

Stunning. And, to think, that's post-pregnancy.

Huh buhbuhbuh
Huh buhbuhbuh

Sit on my face, NOW!

I would prefer that to them not getting a mention at all, Ving has been a big part of the series and Monaghan was a big part of M:I3, so to see them not get a mention at all would be dissapointing.
