Besides Casper Van Dien, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa is returning as Shang Tsung. As I previously mentioned, Ron Yaun as Hanzo...one would assume that's Hanzo Hasashi aka Scorpion. Shame Ian Anthony Dale isn't back.

Just watched season 2 a few days ago and was sevrely dissapointed. There seemed very little coherency. I hope Season 3 is better.
