J.G. Hertzler and Duncan Regehr, who both had recurring roles on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, also appeared together on the early 90's Zorro series.

I just watched the 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie again yesterday, and some themes seemed a bit darker than I remembered. The Foot is depicted as a straight up cult populated by impressionable teenagers, something that's sadly not hard to imagine. After all, there is a bit of a parallel between how the movie Foot recruits and how real-life neo-Nazi groups, for example, use disturbed teenagers. When you get right down to it, the 1990 Foot are basically a lot like non-racist ninja Skinheads. That's a pretty dark theme for a family film. I don't know, do you think I'm way off with this analysis?

All of the Muppets who play instruments are left handed.

Here's some fun Ninja Turtle movie trivia...
-The actor who voiced Leonardo, play Takashi in the Revenge of the Nerds films.
-Robbie Rist, Michelangelo, is also the voice of Choji on Naruto, as well as Kazeshini on Bleach.
-Josh Pais, Raphael, has had recurring roles on Law & Order, L&O: Criminal Intent, and SVU.
-And here's the best one of the bunch!! Splinter, was voice by Elmo!!!

don't forget he was also 'cousin Oliver' on Brady Bunch ;)

I also liked that the actors who wore the suits had cameos out of the suits too:

Josh Pais: Raphael/guy in the back of the cab "what the hell was that?"
Michelan Sisti: Michelangelo/pizza delivery guy
Leif Tilden: Donatello/foot messenger "Your mouth may yet bring you much trouble, Miss O'Neil. I deliver a message."
[Slaps her hard on the cheek] "Shut it"
David Forman: Leonardo/gang leader

:woot:

Corey Feldman was the voice of Donatello in 2 of the TMNT movies 1&3.

Just noticed that Frode in The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is Victor Maitland from Beverly Hills Cop.

In The Philadelphia Story (from 1940), when Jimmy Stewart drunkenly belts out "Somewhere Over the Rainbow", that was a new song at the time.

You're not talking about the leader at the end, right?

Because that was Sam Rockwell.

no the gang leader was the guy who told the others to fight Casey after he took out Shredder's number 2 guy with a golf club. I think Sam just played a random gang guy for that scene ;).

Just realized that at the end of The Incredible Hulk, when Bruce recieves the package that contained Betty's necklace, it reads D. Banner instead of B. Banner.

ok, here are some i noticed recently...

The woman who is MJ's friend in SM2, who is backstage with her, and then is the one who gives John Jameson the note saying 'she's bolted', is the woman who gives Kurt Russell the lapdance in Death Proof. I don't know her name.

The kid who Batman throws the gadget to, in Batman Begins, is also in Reign of Fire with Bale.

and one I noticed a while back...

One of the gangsters who fights the Shadow on the Brooklyn Bridge, is the wrestling promoter who rips Spider-man off.

I didn't realize that Jeremy Bulloch who played Boba Fett in Star Wars: Empire Strikes Back also appears in The Spy Who Loved Me at the start with the British crew on board the sub.

He also plays the pilot of the ship that brings Yoda and Obi-Wan back to Coruscant in Episode III.

Just watched Return of the Jedi and I never noticed Luke force chokes the pig guards when he enters Jabba's palace, I always thought he just jedi mind tricked them into backing away.

The original Texas Chainsaw Massacre and the remake had the same Director of Photography.

The April O'Neil from TMNT '90 was the scorned wife (with the kid) of that one guy's in Armageddon...

George Reeves is in Gone With The Wind..as one of the Tarleton twins chatting with Scarlett at the beginning.

I just realized that Michael Jai White was in the second Turtles movie.
