One of the U.S. agents in Raiders of the Lost Ark, is also Lt. Eckhart in Batman.

What I find funny about the ship you're talking about, The USS Defiant (NX-74205), in the show (DS9) they say it was designed to fight The Borg and yet it get's it's ass handed to it within seconds of the movie starting.
Bear in mind, that battle had been going on for a while before the Enterprise arrived, and the Defiant was built to take quite a beating. More than any other ship in the fleet, and is still fighting when other ships go down..so it's hardly "getting its ass handed to it", as you put it.

Fandral from Thor is Prince Charming in Once Upon a Time.

John Carter and the Princess from John Carter were both in the Xmen Wolverine movie he as Gambit, her as Logan's girlfriend.

I just took it as a really geeky in joke that only hardcore fans would get.

I didn't know about this one until a few years ago because I had never seen Star Trek The Motion Picture that I didn't know the main theme to it by Jerry Goldsmith was re-used as the main theme to Star Trek: TNG, I had always thought the theme to ST:TNG was original.

^he was also in Demolition Man, Never Ending Story III, and Water World

And The Jackal

I was completely thrown by that as well. That theme is not something I associate with the original cast at all so that was really weird, as is everything with that film.

Linda Cardellini is in Goodburger.

This has been a revelation but I was re-watching Spider-Man and the guy playing Flash Thompson is none other than the vampire beefcake hunk that women swoon over Joe Manganiello from True Blood. damn he really bulked up.

Jack Black was in DPO, an episode of X-Files season 2.

With Giovanni Ribisi. :woot:

Also, Filter has a song in that episode. Richard Patrick the vocalist, is the brother of Robert Patrick. Robert Patrick would later join the show as John Doggett. Some useless X Files trivia.

To add to that crossover goodness, the main green guy, Tarkas, is Willem Dafoe (Green Goblin), and his rival is Tom Haden Church (Sandman). The bad guy from the red team is Dominic West (Jigsaw from Punisher), and there are at least 3 actors from HBO's Rome (Ciaran Hinds, James Purefoy, and Polly Walker).

LeVar Burton (yes, Geordie La Forge in ST:TNG) actually played the enslaved Kunta Kinte in Roots, a classic TV series I enjoyed as a kid.

The Hunger Games isn't out yet but upon reading about it on Entertainment Weekly I didn't know Elizabeth Banks is decked out in some weird costume and Lenny Kravitz without his dreadlocks looks like a young O.J.Simpson.
