Batman 89': Tracey Walter who plays Malak in CTD plays Bob the Goon
Superman the Movie and Superman II: Sarah Douglas who plays Queen Taramis plays Ursa
Ultimate Avengers I and II: Olivia D'Abo who plays Jehnna does the voice of Black Widow
Green Lantern: First Flight: Olivia D'Abo does the voice Carol Ferris
Justice League: Doom: Olivia D'Abo does the voice of Carol Ferris

The are the ones I would call loose connections.
The Punisher: Dolph Lundgren who is in The Expendables I and II with Arnold plays the Punisher.
RED: Bruces Willis who is in The Expendables I and II plays Frank Moses

Olivia D'Abo also did voices in Batman Beyond, Justice League/JL Umlimited, Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Batman the Brave and the Bold. Dolph Lundgren also plays He-Man in Masters of the Universe. And Bruce Willis is also in Unbreakable with Samuel L. Jackson who would later go on to play this character some of you may know Nick Fury. Also BW is in G.I. Joe: Retaliation

I was actually quite Surprised when I realized that CTD had this many connections to comic book movies. Not to mention the non comic book movie connections like Olivia D'Abo's voice acting in DC and SW shows, DL playing He-Man and BW's connection to G.I. Joe. I never had actually given this any thought and for some reason it just hit me this morning. I wonder how many movies or tv shows you could actually connect just working from Arnold?
