Though he appeared in every MCU movie until his death, for some reason his appearances in the X-Men movies were few and far between. I believe the only ones he had cameos in were the first movie, The Last Stand, and Apocalypse. There's also one of his greatest cameos of all time in Deadpool.

Salma Hayek stars in two movies, count 'em two, where she is introduced doing an exotic dance on stage at a dingy club, while the film's writer sits below ogling her.
 
Oscar in Ghostbusters II, played by twins Will and Henry Deutschendorf, are in fact the nephews of the late country/rock singer John Denver…his real name was Deutschendorf.

both the racing movies Days of Thunder and Rush have scores by Hans Zimmer and have the song Gimmie Some Loving play in the movies.
 
Speaking of which, F1 reunites the director, writer, producer, composer, and a large dose of the plot from Top Gun: Maverick, effectively making it the same movie with racecars instead of jets. This harkens back to Days of Thunder, effectively the original Top Gun with racecars.
 
Peter Jackson hasn't directed a narrative film since The Hobbit. That was ten years ago. It's just been documentaries since.
 
Just discovered that David Warner, who played Lovejoy in Titanic, also hade a role in the 1979 tv-movie S.O.S. Titanic

In the movie Wes Craven's New Nightmare Heather Langenkamp plays a fictional version of herself who is married to a guy who runs a VFX company in real life Heather is married to a guy who with her runs a VFX company that has won Oscars since the late 80s I was like no way when I found that out
