We used to have a great one here, but it closed up which is boggling because they were always so busy. Supposedly a new one has sprung up, though, but I haven't had a chance to try it, yet. Whenever I'm in the Bay Area, I always go to this great Tapas place in the Mission that's always absolutely packed. The food there is just amazing. There's also a Spanish place in the Village in NY, across the street from Terra Blues, that's outstanding (I can never remember the name of the place, though). And besides, Spanish or Tapas places always have really good sangria. Mmmmm.....sangria.
