He couldn't get the cat inside, so he came to my room and started physically assaulting me. I didn't hit him, just defended myself. I called the cops and I am planning to charge him with assault if the cops see warrant to do so.

It's running a Petro-Can gas station. If I get it, my income would go from about 26 thousand dollars (working about 240 hours a month) to about 32 thousand (160 hours a month) minimum and up, depending on how big a station I can prove my ability to run.

I'd love to have the one downtown, because I used to work there and know that I would only have to work about 4 hours a day and earn 60 grand. It's the perfect station for running two businesses at once, the station and whatever business you start on the side.
