new avengers - it's that damn noob again!

And anything outside of those is opinon based; quality of arcs, character devlopmental pace, ect. Positives and negatives outside what you can reach back and say 'this is a continuity flaw' is sepculative.

There are, in fact, MANY continuity flubs that are indeed factuall errors.

there aren't THAT many ACTUAL continuity errors.

Most of them are opinion also.

Yeah there really isnt much wrong with the book from a structural/content standpoint

Some people just dont like it (which is fine) and believe that their opinions are fact and that Marvel is killing babies just by publishing it (or something to that effect)

Exactly what I was saying here. Gildea, I agree with what you said as well, the flaws aren't anything greater than what we've seen in other titles, they're just pushed to the forefront because people don't like this particular title and it's writer.

as it seems i will have to go with trades as opposed for rooting around for individual issues, does that mean i won't be able to read the Annual?

one other question: is wolverie's new found memory being explored in any decent shape or form?
The annual will certainly be in a trade. Probably The Collective trade that will be the next one out. The Illumanti special will probably be in that one too. And Wolverine's memory has been mentioned in NA but it's mainly being explored Wolverine Origins.
