as Ive said plenty of times on the boards.... I wouldnt be surprised if some Fox crew is on here with different names, that, or people close to Fox crew (producers, writer or even director, well... the last two is the same right now lol)

its quite interesting to see some users soooooooo deffensive each time Kinberg gets a critic. sooo interesting.

That was referring to the fans that dont believe Disney is having an impact on Fox already, and dont believe the bad behind the scenes word out here

Saying that Disney will take over the company before any final decision is made (thus giving them final decision) isn't the same as saying they have creative control behind the scenes now.

I think most of us dont really think they have creative control, but some imput and influence with Fox execs.

its pretty obvious from different interviews from both sides that they have had enough conversations since last year, a lot, Id say. So clearly Fox execs are taking into account Disney's staff opinions, so some projects may be affected because of that, someway or another.

He only wants to hear good things regarding foX movies, if it is not, they are either fake or speculation.

That guy posted so positive Twitter scoops about Dark Phoenix that turned out to be fake.

Bro at this point im convinced there are some people on here who's job it is to disprove and negate negative press and rumours around Fox's marvel productions. Dont stop sharing your info m8. its much appreciated. A lot of it is probably Fox Marvel fans in denial as well.

I just asked him and he said "4.5/10, nothing offensive".

He said it wasn't "Catwoman bad", but mostly "awkward" and "boring" with a few good performances from some of the cast.

Okay, I am one of those people who thought turning New Mutants into a horror movie was a dumb idea in the first place. However. . . if Fox is so averse to it being a horror movie, that they recut it into this? Why the hell did they make it a horror movie in the first place?

Hard to believe we started shooting all the way back in I think it was July of 2017 and we finished just a couple months later. All for an April 2018 release. And here we are, nearly a year since the originally scheduled release date. And you are being told to expect this movie to be released in August, or is it September or October of 2019?

Surely you all can read the writing on the walls....

FOX releases trailers 5-4 months prior to release dates from their movies! This date would change if a unexpected delay happen. Reshoots haven't happen and are probably cancelled.

Don’t forget to mention that a new trailer was also dated to premiere on @IGN in January 2018 before the movie was delayed so don’t get too hopeful but it’s coming."

Wasn't there a big back and forth whether reshoots had actually happened? I believe some were reporting that they were underway. If they're not happening now, then does that mean they've changed their mind on the changes they originally wished to make and are just releasing it as is regardless?

Reshoots have not, & will not happen.

As far as a new trailer is concerned, I haven't heard anything on that subject. Last I heard the film had been shelved after a lengthy discussion on the how, when & if New mutants would see public release.

Maybe a certain someone changed their mind. Perhaps a streaming release has been reconsidered. I will have to ask around a bit.

I took my time and asked around a bit, and really didn't get any solid info. Nobody I know has heard anything more than a few rumors that Disney & Fox are again considering releasing New Mutants in some capacity. The only new rumor I heard was that a prime time TV release was now being considered, which I highly doubt. As far as I can tell, it seems as though nothing has really changed regarding the status of New Mutants aside from the fact that they might be considering some form of release again.
Wish I had more info for you guys.

direct to Hulu, without extra money spent on marketing. If Fox isnt sure about its boxoffice, then dont waste more money and send it to tv, or a streaming service.
the main point is that Bonne and cast have the chance to show their movie, thats the least Fox owns to them. (and the fans) if the movie is not as great, each fan/viewer will judge for himself.
