I'll believe it when I see it. Interesting if it's true though.

while Jean could show up In dream I have suspecion the ending could have wolverine return to mansion after the events of japan to discover Jean alive. This could be way of
saying point blank forget X-men the last stand heading Into X-Men days of future past.any non dream appearance of famke as Jean means they are ignoring the last Stand.

Or it's simply a way to link Miriko to jean, like they always have in the comics.

Or it's just a cameo like Logan's in First Class.

Take it with a grain of salt, of course.

Jackman's cameo in FC leaked the same way, though. Didn't it?

Hugh's cameo leaked just as the screenings started rolling out, pretty close to the release.

Awesome news! Wondering along with everyone else if this is a DOFP tie-in.

Was there any confirmation what period The Wolverine takes place in? Pre X-Men 1 or post X3?

Both Hugh and Bryan singer both denied there was a wolverine cameo In first Class so If they were to deny It they could be lying.

Famke would probally only be In 1 scene.eather a dream sequenze or at end of film.

I'm gonna take this with a pinch of salt for just now. I'll have Famke back any day, but I'm unsure as to how she could appear in the movie without it seeming odd.

Killing her could be haunting him. Maybe thats something Logan learns to let go of while there.

Building up to DOFP post credit would probably be a solid move to start hype.

It seems like they're taking a cue from The Avengers Thanos, if Jean Grey is in a post credit scene.

Actully If It Isn't a dream sequenze the compassion I would give Is Nick fury showing up at
very end of captain America with wolverine returning to mansion and seeing Jean.

Live Q&A Oct. 29th!!!

This might deserve its own thread. More info here:

http://www.firstshowing.net/2012/hugh-jackman-director-to-answer-wolverine-questions-from-set/

From the YouTube page, it describes: "Join The Wolverine star Hugh Jackman and Director James Mangold in an exclusive live chat, giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming film, based on the celebrated comic book arc" written by Chris Claremont & Frank Miller. Hugh & James will be answering questions submitted by fans on Facebook and Twitter at #TheWolverineLive, along with an exclusive surprise or two. We'll be watching! The event will be streamed live on their official YouTube page starting October 29th at 1:00PM PDT, or on the official The Wolverine movie website. I'll be watching mostly because I'm curious to find out more, too! You can view the badass first look photo for The Wolverine online here. You down?

Make one!

And also, the main site is up which reveals the official logo:

I think this is another thing Fox has learned from Marvel. Generally Fox likes to be so secretive, but Marvel's strategy has always been to include the fans and give them the information they want, without spoiling too much. Looks like FOX is trying to do the same thing.

Notice the screen cap of the youtube video on the Wolverine website is NOT from the video they posted. Looks like a BTS video is coming soon.

A Q&A should be good. Though I expect they'll manage carefully what answers they do give, but I still hope we get to hear some juicy bits. Maybe they'll release another promo pic at the same time if we're lucky.

Getting pretty excited for this! I have alot of faith that this will be great in the same ways the previous First Class and recent Marvel movies were great!

That strategy has definitely worked for Marvel, keeping the momentum going, teasing fans with bits of info, making them a part of the process as much as possible. Here's hoping Fox can do the same.
