The Dark Knight Nicholson on Ledger playing the Joker

Seriously though ROTK is like a 4 hour movie, so when you've consumed that much alcohol and "magic pills", its hard for anyone to sit still that long

This thread feels like the new Batusi, or should I say Fatusi.

Are you denying that Jack has had his fair share of hollywood poon?

Cuz I wouldn't....

I loved Jack Nicholson's portrayal of the Joker and it's gone down as my favorite comic book villain on film. I look forward to TDK and Heath may be just as good if not better. On his own level that is, because he's going in a different direction. Whether Jack likes or dislikes Heath as the Joker or is disappointed they didn't consult him, I honestly don't care. It doesn't make a difference to anything.

I can't wait to see Ledger as the Joker and I'm hoping he gives me a second iconic portrayal of the Clown Prince. The same character but a different telling. When it comes to comparing the two, I probably wouldn't very much because Heath is suppose to be putting on such a different version, but from what I know of the two, I'd go with Nicholson. This could change next year, but regardless, TDK is my second most anticipated movie of '08.

And the first?

Ditto. Well, TDK and Indy are both in the same spot.

Is that Clint Eastwood?????!?!?!?!?!??

Yeah, I don´t get where there´s a problem. Those who think Nicholson´s Joker is pitch-perfect will always have his 89 performance. Those of us who´d like to see a darker, more psychotic take, will have a chance with TDK. Everybody wins.

Ford's a prima-donna anyways, probably better off :o
