Relax, this early- it's only rumors. Zod was originally rumored to be in the first film with Jude Law, but that didn't work out- thus, it's just the rumor being placed onto the second film- you know like Hoffman possibly playing the Penguin rumor. Or the guy from Capote possibly playing a Batman villain rumor. That's all it is at this point.

Extreme pro are bias, just as the extreme anti are bias. Everyone is open to have their own opinions, but there are extreme cases on both sides that do absolutely show extreme bias.

As said- BOTH sides are bias. There are pro that take everything said and think everything positive. While there are anti who- take EVERYTHING positive as a spin, everything negative as the truth, and view positive reviews or word as WB bribery. Both sides even often claim to speak 'the truth'. To me, that's just funny. And as I said- BOTH sides are bias.

Please note that I am not saying that all SR pro and all anti SR are bias. But, there are alot that are- I was generalizing, and you have probably run into your share of bias posters as well.

singer has said he wants to go all wrath of khan in the sequel and has mentioned zod.
put 2 and 2 together...........

Just saying, at this point- just a rumor. No need to get worked up over a rumor. There is also alot to say that Brainiac is a strong possibility since that villain is also rumored and has been brought up- not to mention Donner using Brainiac in action comics and Singer's admiration for Donner and his work.

Just saying- don't get overworked over just a rumor.

Yeah, edited that around- not just the first sentence. As said, you're open to hate the film just as much as someone is open to love the film.

So, that would also explain the note at the bottom that I am just generalizing because I have, and you probably have, seen extremely anti SR posters like the ones that I was describing in that post.

Thus, no you're not bias for hating a film- and must have just jumped to your conclusions when first replying to you. Thus, sorry for the generalization on your part- there are anti posters here that do go to those extremes. I admit, you're one of the better anti SR posters around here. Because I have seen other posts in yours where you say "feel free to have your own opinion, I just have my own" or something along those lines, so in other words- srry for grouping you in with some of the rest originally.

You do know a lot was cut from SR... There was an opening Krypton scene that suggested he might be bringing something back with him. unknowingly.. something like Braniac methinks. I'd be shocked if we didn't see some of that footage used for the sequel

I personally think there is.... great transition as well. What did Lex's scheme heavily involve? Alien technology. What is Brainiac- more or less-? ALIEN TECHNOLOGY. Coincidence? Only time will tell.

Can't wait until the sequel. Bryan Singer did a great job with the film, albiet not a perfect film, still great. 9/10 and one of my top personal favorite superhero films. Still needs a supervillain, and I definitely think Brainiac is it. Would make for a nice transition as well- alien technology.

I see NK as a possible somewhat homing beacon that Brainiac would detect and that would lead him to Earth.

TAS Brainiac is great and unique, so I would have to go with choice #3. And Hugo Weaving sounds like an excellant choice.
