Usually they release those final trailers a month and a half before release, I'm not sure with the timing of CM's release but it might not be til a few weeks after that's out and that's already approaching on a month out.

Infinity War trailer #2 was released a month after Black Panther's release, if that's any indication.

I’m guessing they want to show more of Captain Marvel in the second trailer but can’t do that until her movie comes out.

I don’t mind the longer wait because that means less time between new footage and the actual movie.

I'm not expecting any trailers for Endgame during the Oscars, especially if the descriptions of the first post credit of CM is true. After reading those descriptions it makes more sense than ever now why they are waiting until after her movie is out to release the new trailer for Endgame.

Ok well that settles it then. Marvel is really going for something different with the marketing for this movie, but maybe they are going to do what they did with BP and CM and drop a second trailer before tickets go on sale and just have some kind of special 1 minute spot advertise that the tickets are officially on sale. I know they want some breathing room between CM and Endgame's marketing push, but I have such a hard time believing that they won't start advertising this movie until the beginning of April. That would be pure insanity.

After watching AM&TW again last night, I noticed a goof by the filmmakers that I found amusing. (I'm a nerd for "nitpics"). It was daylight in Wakanda when Thanos snapped his fingers. But it was also daylight when the Pyms disappeared... in California. It definitely would have been dark in Cali at the time of the snap.

You can have daylight in all three locations at the same time.

Wakanda is in the same time zone as Nigeria, which is 6 hours before New York, which in turn is 3 hours before San Francisco. Using Lagos as the mark, the sun sets in Nigeria at about 19:00.

As an example, we can have the snap be at 18:00 Nigeria time, which makes it noon in NY and 9 in the morning in SF.

Same here. I might even try and take that week and a half before it comes out away from the internet. I don't think I'll be able to avoid the 2nd trailer, but after that I don't wanna see anything else

Hmmmm... when I looked up where Wakanda would be, it showed it being in the same time zone as Kenya, which is 8 hours ahead of NY, and 11 hours ahead of SF. If the snap occurred at 1800 Wakanda time, that would make it 0700 in San Francisco. Which could still technically be daylight, but the likelihood of Lang and the Pyms being out at 0700 to do Quantum Mechanics is unlikely (especially for Lang). And that's IF the snap actually occurred at 1800, which going by sun placement, I'd estimate a 1500-1600 snap time in Wakanda. Which would undoubtedly make it dark in SF.

But I digress. It doesn't matter. Just something I found amusing.

Or just assume that the half of all life did not snap away instantaneously. We saw on the two battlefields, as well as with Nick Fury and Maria Hill that it happened gradually and many saw it happening to others before they were snaptured. The doctors on a roof top by themselves doing a secret experiment were less likely to get the instant news of many on air TV presenters going to dust along with nearby family until one of the Pym's went.

Which does give an out that one could have activated a fail safe to help Scott out as her last action. But I still want Bill Foster to do it since he knows and the mission to save Ghost still stands, unless she was snaptured.

I want to walk in the theater as if I've seen nothing but snippets of the first 20 minutes.... Endgame will indeed be a movie going experience like no other just for the stakes involved and what the Endgame actually means for the future of the MCU and our beloved characters.

I'm actually really excited for Captain Marvel.... Just for it being a new MCU movie and that its another piece of the puzzle. An appetizer before we get to the main course!

I hate the "no promotion" promotion they are doing for Endgame.

I love getting hyped for movies. Its part of the experience for me. (At least with MCU films).

I understand fans wanna go in blind, but theres tons you can give out without spoiling anything.

I would even prefer fake outs like Hulk in Wakanda then nothing at all.

I can't believe this comes out in less than 2 months. That's one good thing about the lack of promotion, it's just sneaking up fast.

Based on what I’ve read, and I’m not talking about the crazy theories, just general thrust of the story, the second and third acts are just crazy. So even the slightest shot from them could be major spoilers for people.
