I'm glad that someone finally started a thread for Emma! She is my second favorite X-Man. Cyclops is my favorite X-Man so I love that they are together and running the school together. I enjoy Emma's *****y attitude and am glad that she is such a main character in the X books.

Loved her character work during Generation X, she's ok now...but not as good as then.

Meh. I gotta get use to them being together (even though I don't read Astonishing and they've been together a while now). But I think she's a great teacher .

This way, she can actually DO something in battle.

that I don't know. But it could have something to do with her personality.

Casandra Nova give her that ability......Emma didn't develop that on her own....I don't see any body trashing angels secondary mutation

Being cold and hard is still about of her personality. And of course, what self respecting Woman with a name like Emma Frost won't be blinging? She just took it a step further.

and how does a human develop the ability to read minds? Its a mutation. Its a random genetic mistake. Hers was the only 2ndary mutation I actually liked

It suits her but it doesn't relate at all to her first mutation. Much like Angel's healing blood.

Nova did NOT give her the secondary mutation.

She made Emma THINK she did so.
