He is..... and the "best QB in the NFL" just spent all night on his back
...Which is a reflection on the crappiness of the NE OL. Had the Patriots' defense not failed to stop NY, Brady would have led his team to yet another clutch victory.

Tell me - his 3 rings and 5 SB appearances, they must be flukes, right? :whatever:

To Excel and Psycho Symbiote....There is no denying that the Pats are a great time...but the team that went to Dallas and took out the NFC East champs, the team that defeated Brett Favre in Lambeau Field has gone on to defeat the juggernaut known as the New England Patriots......is the NEW YORK GIANTS

This post is drenched in ignorance. The Patriots OL is the best in the NFL - tonights game is a reflection of the Giants DL - not the (as you so eloquently put) "crappiness" of the OL.

Dude, that's the best O-Line in football. The Giants defense just stepped it up and beat them tonight. And the Pats defense held NY to 17 points, which is damn good. I think you may be misplacing your blame.

Agreed...the Giants defense was just awesome...and like they said, "They watched a lot of videos".

-Why did they go for it on 4th n 13 rather than kcik a field go?

-Why single cover plaxico IN THE RED ZONE?

-WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY

Hats off to the Giabtrs but the mvp wasnt Eli it was Matt light with his 2 drive destroying false starts; hell why not the whole offensie line?

Horrible pass pritection, oh my god horrendous run blocking maroney was getting swarmed before he crossed the line...

What to say...

this ****ing sucks; were a joke and i could not be more dissappointed.

Of course I'm ignorant - I'm not a Patriots fan, and I will never claim to be.

Second, as an Eagles fan, I will not outright compliment the Giants by complimenting their defense.

Thirdly, I'm just trying to say that it's petty to try to downsize Brady's achievements. He's the best around today, and he will go down in history as one of the best, period.

Not at all Tom Brady is a phenomenal player....he just got drummed tonight by the New York Giants

YAY GIANTS!!

The biggest Giants fan I ever knew in my life was my uncle, and he passed away 8 years ago yesterday. We're all convinced wherever he is right now, he's chanting "18-1". :cwink:

I can't wait to get to work tomorrow, I'm sure there will still be a few drunken lunatics partying in Times Square. :oldrazz:

like I said earlier this week....the Giants, when they played the Pats week 17, were like a kid that stood up to the neighborhood bully, put up a good fight and got a little beat up.....they went away for a bit and realized to beat that bully they had to be faster, meaner, and hit harder than your opponent....and they hit back HARD

I'm not a Patriots fan. Hell - I outside of the post and off season - I don't closely follow the NFL, and yet I'm not going to make a statement like "Ben Watson is clearly a poor TE based on his performance tonight" - it would be ludicrous.

I don't think anyone worth responding to is going to downsize Brady's achievements. He is one of the best ever - he will be seen as among the best ever, forever.

I was really hoping for them to get there and i thought this game was going into overtime .

Bah I'm an Eagles fan since the Cunningham and White era and I can recognize when their defense played well....

That last sack pretty much sealed it for Brady.
