I agree, but you see how light-hearted Spider-Man's fans are. Unfortunately, The Lizard writing a letter and crying, is exactly where we're heading with these villains in the Spider-Man films. Straight to Pussyville.I really...really...really hope they don't make Lizard like this.
they like to give humanity for the villains in the Spidey movies.
I hope that with Lizard...it'll be different. he must have no humanity at all.
Spidey is not a bloody character. The whole Spidey universe wasn't meant for gore.Great, then let's just keep watching Disney's Spider-Man films with our Mickey Mouse Club hats on.![]()
I never said that I wanted gore. I want a well written and mature film, where the villains all have their balls still attached.![]()
Are you trying to say that all of the Villians aren't menacing or badass? I have to strongly disagree with you there if that's what you meant.I never said that I wanted gore. I want a well written and mature film, where the villains all have their balls still attached.![]()
The R rating is for the mindset of the writers, as previous writers write the movie like only 8 year olds are watching it. Had they actually utilize the PG-13 rating like The Bourne Ultimatum movie did, I'd be fine with the rating. They delve too much into children oriented antics, making the movie look like a PG film, hell, sometimes a G rated movie. But what you keep on arguing is that what it needs is a Rated R when it doesn't and never needs it.
What it needs is what all bad projects need weather in Movies, Comics or Video Games...new management.
Not trying, I'm saying it, the villains aren't menacing and badass enough. Are you trying to say that all of the Villians aren't menacing or badass?
Then the movie is dead before it's even made. What would be the point of Connors turning into The Lizard?unless they do want to make him sympathetic in monster form.
True, we don't know if he's the next villain...but he better be. Seriously, I hope that he is.For all we know, we might be getting the Spot & Vulture as the villains, and a cameo by the Walrus instead.
Lizard will be in this franchise. I pretty much 100% sure whether he's violent or sympathetic.Maybe Lizard is just too violent, unless they do want to make him sympathetic in monster form. Following Chabon's script today, I'd love to read Lizard in the early 2 scripts.

LOL!!!Lizard has balls, they're just retractable.![]()
Sony needs to stop being stingy with Spider-Man and let other visual effect companies handle the bulk of the FX. Hire Stan Winston Studio for makeup/animatronics and let WETA (a better FX company than Sony/Imageworks) handle the visual effects for both Spider-Man and The Lizard. The quality in visual effects would increase astronomically, if Sony wasn't so damn greedy.![]()
Well, as I have said once before, I think they will do what they did with Venom and that's make him sometimes CGI and sometimes something like they did in Jurassic Park.lol i think hes gona be cgi becouse looking a suite of a croc looks freaking weird XD
