X-Men/Spider-Man #1 will arrive in stores on Nov. 5 from Marvel Comics. The issue is written by Christos Gage, with art by Mario Alberti.

Here's how Marvel describes the issue:

"The most misunderstood team of all time meets the most misunderstood super hero of all time in a 4-part mystery that starts in the early days of the Marvel Age and winds it's way through to today! In Part One, Kraven the Hunter and the Blob attack the world's strangest teens while deep in the background an even greater threat watches...and waits."

X-Men/Spider-Man #1 will be 32 pages and will cost $2.99

It turned out to be really good. Silver Agey fun.

It's out already?
My wallet can't keep up with Marvel.

That's what credit cards are for. :p

Credit cards should only be used when there's money in the account, and no one should become used to spend money you haven't earned first then pay it later, dangerous habit.

But it's the American Way. It's the reason why we have the most well-dressed and well-fed poverty on Earth.

Well, better grow out of it before it's too late.

X-MEN/SPIDER-MAN #4 (of 4)
Written by CHRISTOS GAGE
Pencils & Cover by MARIO ALBERTI
It all leads up to this! The past comes back to haunt the modern-day X-Men and Spider-Man--with a vengeance--as Sinister's scheme reaches its fruition. A new evil is unleashed on the world...one with some all-too-familiar qualities...one that even the combined might of Spidey and the X-Men may not be able to fight! If you wondered how this mini-series would affect the present-day Marvel Universe, wonder no more, true believer! (Oh, and that Alberti guy, the one whose art has been knocking everyone's socks off? He's still here too.)
32 PGS./Rated T+ …$3.99

X-MEN: THE TIMES AND LIFE OF LUCAS BISHOP #1 (OF 3)
Written by DUANE SWIERCZYNSKI
Pencils by LARRY STROHMAN
Cover by ARIEL OLIVETTI
"Memories of the Monster"
By now you know that Lucas Bishop—former cop, renegade X-Man—refuses to rest until he's killed the so-called "mutant messiah." But do you know why? To answer that question you have to look into Bishop's past…which actually means jumping 50 years into the future, when his parents barely escaped a nuclear holocaust, only to land in the most brutal "mutant relocation" camp in the world. There, a young Bishop first heard the horror stories about the green-eyed monster that ushered in the the downfall of mutantkind, and swore vengeance -- embarking on a life-long, time-hopping mission that begins here, in this special three-part mini-series. You haven't heard the "Messiah Complex" story until you've heard Bishop's side of the story…
32 PGS./Rated T+… $3.99

Don't forget this one! I can't wait!

For February:

X-MEN ORIGINS: SABRETOOTH
Written by KIERON GILLEN
Pencils & Cover by DAN PANOSIAN
Every year, he beats Wolverine to an inch of his life. You won’t find a sicker, more dangerous person in the Marvel Universe. But why? Why is he so vicious? Why is he so brutal? Why does he leave a wake of violence and death everywhere he goes? Look into Sabretooth’s eyes and tremble…
32 PGS./One-Shot/Rated T+ …$3.99

um...is this even warranted? he IS still dead right?

Sabretooth NEEDS an Origin?
He's not even alive, to my knowledge anyway.

He's my favorite villian. He might not be around, but his origin has been shaky at best. I imagine this issue will be out because of the movie, but I don't mind. :)

True. That would be nice. :D

Loved the most recent issue of Magneto Testament. Kind of disturbing to read but I really dig Jewish history and it's very interesting to see the atrocities of the Holocaust in my comic books.

Mags' first use of his power was badass and unfortunate at the same time

I'm reading X-Men Worlds Apart right now. This A-hole Storm is talking about Nezhno's strength rivaling Colossus'. Yeah right betch! :cmad:
