My biggest concern about this is that the event is in Brazil... in the SUMMER!

How many times this past Winter did the UFC go to Brazil, and the arenas got as hot as 102 degrees?

Now granted, I understand that this is the HSBC Arena in Rio, and not some low-class arena in a dumpy part of Brazil where air conditioning is too expensive to install. Still though, I'm nervous that the heat is gonna become a serious safety concern, so hopefully the HSBC's ventilation system is inspected from top to bottom by fight week.

Vegas also gets hot in the summer.

Not well done...MEDIUM RARE!

Cris "Cyborg" Justino signs with UFC

Basically it's the exact situation as last time. After she defends her 145 strap July 10th, she'll have to make 135 in INVICTA and from the sound of it win the belt. Then they'll put together the Cyborg-Rousey fight, but we're looking at mid 2016.

In other news, earlier this week, Brock Lesnar announced that while he loves what he did in MMA, he no longer has the desire to be a fighter, and has signed a new contract with the WWE.

Ricardo Lamas got smashed today, Jorge Masvidal got robbed today, and Clay Guida confused the **** out of everyone today.

I wouldn't say Masvidal got robbed. You leave it to the judges, you have to expect some craziness. His fault. He left off the gas pedal in the first sound. Sure, he did more damage, but he wasn't the more aggressive and really wasn't mixing it up like Al was.

Al won that fight in the same way Diego Sanchez wins fights... by charging forward like a bull, and swinging at all angles to give the air a serious ass-whooping.

Bellator's injunction on Rampage has been approved by a judge, and the matter is going to court. Rampage is off the 186 card, and Demetrious Johnson's drawing power takes another hit, which sucks, because I'm a big DJ fan, and I believe that he's the best P4P Fighter in the World right now. I just want the poor guy to get some love.

Benson Henderson has issued a Welterweight Open Challenge, in an effort to help fill Rampage's vacancy on the UFC 186 card...

How awesome is Bendo for this?!

EDIT: Jorge Masvidal has offered to accepted Bendo's challenge! Now it's just a matter of Joe Silva getting the papers ready.

I have to give it to Mirko. Curious as to where they go next.

Can't say it enough, Demetrious Johnson is one of the best in the world. Sub with less than a second left in the fight. That's insane.

He is a good fighter and all but im just not a fan of the flyweight division ,im not really sure why.

This card was a gigantic "F*** YOU" to everyone who called it "SH#T."

All 6 women put on great performances, Makdessi and Almeida were absolute killers, Bisping and CB had a really fun fight, Rampage threw kicks and my conception of reality has been forever altered, and Mighty Mouse showed once again that he can do literally anything in that octagon and nobody can stop him!

Nah guy, it was just a little coke. Jon Jones is fine and completely in control. Good decision maker. :o

Doesn't look good for Jones once more, the fact that he ran from a car crash pretty much says to me he was either high on something or drunk.

@SportsCenter
BREAKING: Jon Jones stripped of UFC title and suspended indefinitely; won't fight at UFC 187.
