Probably been talked about already, but I wonder if they're gonna go completely comic accurate and keep Doom's face completely hidden? Or would the general audience see that as ripping off Vader?

Nah. I think there’s enough individual recognition between characters unlike, say, Thanos, Darkseid and Apocalypse.

I reckon when reed and victor are at uni, obviously show his face but afterwards, yeah go for that iconic man in the iron mask thing. It’s a brilliant look

Dr. Doom's formerly handsome mug is an honest-to-goodness character trait, so I hope they will cast accordingly. Like Loki, Doom's a drama queen, given how he builds himself up as this tragic Phantom of the Opera figure.

Yeah all that is very true. It’s so hard to think of very handsome people who also have that dramatic presence though.

It’s funny that you mentioned phantom of the opera though because one of my fave ideas for doom is Anthony warlow, who played the phantom very well

When the Captain Marvel logo showed up on Nick Fury's pager I couldn't help but picture a 4 logo instead and me losing my s***

God, I want the Fantastic Four in the MCU so bad, it's becoming unbearable.

It never ceases to amaze me how much people are more excited about the FF joining the MCU than the X-Men.

For me, it’s because the FF are further removed from anything resembling a faithful portrayal, and thus have more to gain (and contribute) with their induction.

I dont know if anyone here watched Baywatch the movie...i just watched that movie on rental DVD and one of the cast (the one cute blonde girl in that movie, when i saw her, I see the glimpse of Susan Storm.

Her name is Kelly...Roh (I dont remember her exact last name)

If Marvel Studios ever gonna make F4 movie later in Phase 4, she is my favorite choice for Sue.

She's a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Model who has dabbled in acting but was cast in Baywatch precisely because of Sports Illustrated. Playing Pamela Anderson's character was not exactly much of an acting role.

I don't really see her as Sue and don't think she has the acting chops to pull off the role.

Krasinski and Blunt have been hyped a lot for Reed and Sue since 'A Quiet Place.' I'd like to suggest another real-life couple, Hugh Dancy and Claire Danes.

Unfortunately, I don't think Lively is a strong enough actress.

The mother of dragons could be an interesting choice, I wonder how she handles an American accent though. If they want her but she can't do the accent well then Sue and Johnny may end up being British lol.

Also she is 5'1", so I wonder how that would look on screen when she's with the others. Other than that she is a good actress.

Emilia Clarke can do an American accent especially if you watched her in Terminator Genisys when she played Sarah Connor so I have no doubt that she could play Sue Storm...Sue Storm is a much better character for her to play

Now as far as other real life couples who could play Reed and Sue...yeah Hugh Dancy and Claire Danes joining the MCU as Reed and Sue would be genius

In fact wasn't Claire in the running to play Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel

I’m kind of glad Proxima Midnight isn’t actually prominent because Carrie Coon as Sue Storm remains my #1 pick.

For Sue, what about Kiernan Shipka from the Netflix Sabrina Reboot? Granted, she's only 18 right now, but by the time the F4 are introduced, most likely around 2022, she'll be 23, the perfect age to start off in a long-term franchise.

Yeah, I think the FF work better when they skew older, and X-Men when they skew younger. It also would help them differentiate from the Fox versions as well, which tried to have old X-Men and young FF, contrary to the comics versions.

No. Even at 23 she will still be too young, because she'll likely be playing younger. She doesn't look like an older sister but a teenager. She'd be about the same age as Tom Holland by then. Sue should not be the same age as Spidey. Why would he be playing a teenager and she's not playing one?

I think we do need to keep in mind though that the fantastic four adaption may not even start filming for another five years or so
