Nah. I like Kitty and Robin, I'm not a homewrecker. Besides, there's literally a whole new universe of options for Piotr.

Honestly, I think you've got a clean slate. I mentioned him a couple times talking to Kurt, but other than that I think you're good.

"One Universe" RPG SEASON IV SIGN-UP FORM

Screen Name: Eddie Brock

Character you would like to play: Peter Rasputin/Colossus

Powers: Peter's mutant ability is to turn his entire body into an organic metal alloy. While in this form, he is all but impervious to physical attack, and he no longer requires food, drink, or sleep. Additionally, Peter possesses superhuman strength and endurance.

Brief biography of the character's history: Peter comes from a very poor, Russian family. His grandfather was a lowly farmer who dreamed big for his son. Thus, Peter's father moved to America when he was about Peter's age. When things started to go south for the Rasputin family, they decided to move back. Peter's older brother, Mikhail, convinced him to stay in America for his once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to go to Xavier's School for the Gifted. It pained Peter to be so far away from his ailing sister, Illyana, but he quickly adjusted and made friends. He's a student now, but he hopes to prove himself worthy to be called an X-Man.

List a few reasons why you have chosen that character: Colossus is a perennial contender for my favorite X-Man. It depends on how I feel about Cyclops and Wolverine at the moment. In any case, who wouldn't want to get in on the X-Men now that they're actually active? Not me.

What can you bring to this game?: Less Russian, more angst.

Color and font you plan on using for your character's speech: Bold Arial Gray / Gray Arial Black (metal mode)

How many times do you intend on posting a DAY IN the RPG: As many as I need to (which might be a few with the current X-Men).

Please provide a sample post with original content in the style that you plan to write your character in (must be at least 5 paragraphs long and contain at least 3 line of dialogue):

My cold, metal knuckles connect with the Juggernaut's helmet. I feel the shockwaves run up my arm, so I know he must be feeling it, too. He stumbles backwards, shocked that I was able to hit him so hard. "Not so 'Unstoppable,' huh?" I gloat. I crack my knuckles, and it sounds like metal plates rubbing together.

"You think you're tough s***?" Juggernaut asks incredulously. He adjusts his helmet, which was twisted by my punch. "I got news for you! I'm the Juggernaut, bi--!"

My second punch cracks his helmet. Warm blood streams from his broken nose. I don't waste any time taking advantage of his momentary weakness. This helmet is the only thing that keeps Juggernaut's head protected, so - without it - he's vulnerable. I lay into him a few more times until his eyes start to roll back into his head. I start pulling my punches.

As the Juggernaut is about to pass out, he disappears. So do our trashed surroundings. Suddenly, it's just me standing in the middle of an empty room. A door opens, and I revert back to my normal form. Through the glare of the bright lights, I can see Dr. McCoy approaching. "Mr. Rasputin," he calls out calmly, "I don't recall a Danger Room session scheduled today."

I direct my gaze to the floor obediently. "I'm sorry, sir," I answer sheepishly. I find myself wondering what he's going to do to me. There must be a penalty for using the Danger Room without permission. This is going to hurt my chances with the team, I just know it.

"Interesting program," he remarks. His tone doesn't seem to imply that I'm in trouble. "Although, I do believe you made Marko's helmet a might weaker than in reality." He glances at me from behind his glasses. I try not to smile. "An understandable act of creative license, I'm sure."

I meet his gaze. "Sir? Aren't you going to report me to the Professor?" I ask.

Dr. McCoy smiles to himself. "Even if I did, Mr. Rasputin, I'm not sure he would object to your iniative," he answers. "However, he - as I - might recommend that you ask to use the Danger Room first?"

I contain my joy. I'm not going to get in trouble. Not today. I nod obediently. "Of course, sir. It won't happen again."
