I'd be fine if he doesn't have the "A." That has always looked goofy to me. I think that they might give him some more Egyptian-esque aesthetics as well.

The likelihood of him having an A is slim to none.

What? Is it his family crest that so happened to also mean "Hope"

When people say something on here ending with a :oldrazz: please assume first that they're joking!!!

How about an A? For Apoc-- *mic malfunction*

With Moira in the interrogator role. LOL.

After Watching this weeks GOT episode i felt that the Main White Walker would be the perfect look for Apocalypse except minus the Spikes on his head and a lot bigger/robotic looking. what do u guys think?

Hmm I'm not sure. I still prefer the X-Men Legends II look.

No, it's too far from the classic look, they should aim for something far closer to the comics/cartoons. There's no longer an excuse for veering so far from source.

When it comes to the classic look it all depends whether it's works for the story, character and tone they are doing

It's one of the reasons I think when apocalypse is revealed many will love it and Many will hate it due to high expectations

Remembering of course that this is what he currently looks with his hair style

who knows whether that will have any impact on his apocalypse look

He kinda has that shaved sides look that Archangel had in his concept art. Faux-hawk-ish. And Storm had the sides of her heads shaved too! Perhaps Apocalypse's power also includes having matching hairstyles for his Horsemen!

Also that HBO characters looks kinda similar to Laufey who appeared in the 2011 Thor film.. another comparison to Thor's villain in terms of look is the last thing we need.

lol Apocalypse wants his horsemen to have a uniformed hairstyle. :cwink:

Is it possible that with Caliban included there will be other references to the Morlocks? Maybe Apocalypse recruits Plague to be Pestilence... although that would add another mutant to an already loaded roster.

Cannon fodder for the x-men if they did

I could see them explaining Apocalypse's involvement into the XMA storyline by having something to do with the new future that DOFP established. It could be that in the original timeline, Apocalypse wasn't supposed to awaken until decades in the future (thus explaining why he doesn't appear in X1-X3), but the new timeline has somehow caused him to awaken earlier than expected. I could also see them going with the idea that somehow he had been defeated in the past by being imprisoned within time, but the breaking of the previous timeline has somehow freed him from this inter-dimensional prison.

would be in line with Age of Apocalypse. He is also awaken earlier by Legion's time travel.

Agreed.

We know what he's supposed to look like, the question is can you translate that into live action?

I like that

I want the Horsemen to be the originals from the comics.

If Marvel could create a Thanos that is as close to his comic look/proportions as possible, than Fox has no excuse not to do the same. They can alter a couple things to make him more screen friendly, like changing Thanos' royal attire/tights into more of a royal alien armor, but he should ultimately look like Apocalypse or no buys from me.

I want this look, or something very very close to it.

I personally don't really like how Thanos looks. Or at least I haven't yet.
