^To expand on that, if he can see it, it's going to be the clear spot thing. If he can't it'll be an audio cue. Like a ringing bell in the direction of the threat.

For the spider sense I would have what some of the others said. You know have everything, but Peter and the threat blurry and slowed down. Or something that would cool, but a little freaky is Peter's eyes glow like a very bright brown and everything else is slow motion.

He's not gonna eat the damn fly!

He will collect flies through out the movie and they will show him eating them in the after credits scene

the scene would be about avengers but Peter is not qualified because of his fly eating problem

Talking about Peter eating the fly makes me think of James Cameron's Spider-Man for some reason...
