We need another ethnic character who's actually useful. No more Darwin's, Trask's, and Riptide's please.
They should bring Darwin back.
The trouble is everyone wants everyone who is dead to come back, and it would be a bit much to give us all those resurrections. It would remove the impact of death completely.
However, I dreamt up a scenario in my head the other day where Darwin did survive by becoming a being of energy but was struggling to re-form physically. He appeared at the X-Mansion like some sort of ghost or weird energy manifestation. Eventually Xavier was able to communicate with it and figure out it was Darwin, and Beast built a chamber where Darwin's energy was collected and concentrated so that he and Darwin could then re-create Darwin's physical body.
They should bring Darwin back.
I honestly think we should throw continuity out the window and start looking at this series as more of a reboot than a prequel. If we are dealing with an alternate timeline then that's exactly what it is. I think the future sequences should serve as a throwback to the original trilogy and a loose continuation to some characters, and then just change the timeline such that the core X-Men survive the doomsday events of the future, and then we can get another trilogy down the line with the classic lineup.
Darwin can't die. But thanks for the condescending reply! No. He already died.

...Jean dies and comes back in the comics. Jean died in X2 and came back in X-Men the Last Stand.
X-Maniac did make that point, and it made sense, and I agree with the post. I was merely responded to - no offence - how pompous your post was.We all know that and we expected her to get resurrected in X3.
X-Maniac already pointed out the trouble of resurrecting characters. Its gonna be over-kill to resurrect every character that already died in the movies. Darwin is not even a major character unlike Jean Grey, Prof X and Cyclops. Plus There are a lot of characters out there in the comic-books that haven't appeared in a X-Men movie yet, why resurrect someone like Darwin.
Which could easily be done if they go the route of Mister Sinister in X4 (which could set-up AoE for X5).Scott (if he's dead) and Jean are the only ones worth bringing back.
Lol, Darwin's dead. Shouldn't be brought back either, and I don't think he will be.

(Note: I'm not using pompous as an insult, but rather commenting on how condescending your initial post was. Please consider a bit of decency when posting. We're all fans of the same thing here. No need for animosity.)
“He’s not going to be a CGI character,” Singer corrected. “He’ll be himself. Not that he’ll be playing Peter Dinklage, he’ll be playing this character. It’s not a shy character. He’s just such a phenomenal actor; I’m a huge fan of Peter’s and Game of Thrones. He was my first choice and I was really happy [about the casting]. It’s so funny to talk to him because he does that impeccable accent [on Game of Thrones] and then you talk to him and he’s this guy from New Jersey.”
Singer said that he was negotiating with another actor for a role in the film now, and that additional announcements about that casting ,as well as some “younger” characters, may be coming shortly.
Can we finally do away with some of the crazy theories and start to admit MTV may have been right on the money on him as Trask.
If you want to see Dinklage's reall voice watch him on Nip/Tuck season 4.
as for casting of younger characters who knows what he means.
