t:Hey guys! Been following this thread for a while, and this movie looks epic!
But I am confused. What's this talk of that bald guy in the trailer being the space jockey?
In the original Alien, the space jockey was a huge creature in a seat. I also heard is that the space jockey is the after math of someone morphing into it.
My question is, what is the space jockey, what do they do, and is that bald guy in the alien suit a space jockey?
Thanks guys

and your questions should be answered![]()
I always wondered what the hell happened to Lambert in Alien because you see the Alien wrap its tail around her leg and then you hear her screaming by the time Ripley gets to her you see her clothless leg dangling covered in blood.

She was raped. There was more to the scene that was cut that had it been left in would have made it clearer. Its talked about in the commentary.
Damn thats messed up
Seems like that one paticular Xenomorph in Alien was a bit of a perv

interesting idea.IMDB says he is playing Noomi's father. with old make up?I just remembered that Patrick Wilson is in this and we don't know who he's playing. Looking at the profile of the supposed Space Jockey I'm starting to think he may actually be playing it.
Similar profile (cheekbones, nose and facial structure). I'm probably way off base but it's fun to speculate.

you didnt spoil anything. and you didnt do anything wrong.I think People might have already guessed what Weyland's part is .....
In the background, Peter Weyland 83 years wearing an advanced SE suit with cadium exo-skeleton with one of his aides holding his walking stick.
"A king has his reign. Then he dies. It's inevitable."
So we have a dying egomaniac tycoon who proclamed himself a god on board of a mission to meet actual "gods" who mastered life itself. What if the king refuses the inevitable, finds a way to become immortal by stealing God's knowledge?
Its just a theory of course but judging by what we have seen and heard so far could be true
