Question about Marvel's Producers

I've seen the movie but i have a question about the producer of the movie.

Why Kevin Feige isn't on the main title? Or Avi Arad?
Gale Anne Hurd is the only producer of the movie.

For Marvel nobody except Ari Arad, the son of Avi. Why?
Ari Arad is the president of the new Marvel Knights imprint?

I don't know. I asks to you.

Avi Arad is mostly doing other things, so it would make sense that he wouldn't produce for a minor character movie production like PWZ. I don't know how much he produces for Marvel anymore, since he runs his own production company now.

EDIT: After a quick look at IMDb.com it shows that both of them are executive producers for the movie.
