I don't for race but I do go for nationality in sports especially boxing.

my order of preference being

Filipino, American then British. But it all depends. If its not an international sport, I just go for who I like best regardless of colour

I usually root for the hot guy :(

I may have some bias for gender, but not race

In boxing and basketball I like to see white guys do good.

In autoracing I like to see black guys do good.

I just usually root for the underdog if it's not my favorite athelete.

I do sometimes without even knowing it.... it kills me too :(

uh, not really, having a racil bias is frankly baffling.
why would anyone have one? really, especially the whole "I like to see my race do well" it's well, it's just dumb.

Are you saying you side with the Illuminati/Annunaki Power Structure, my fellow human?!

I think racial bias is the wrong term for what i experienced....

I try to avoid playing B-Ball with black people because frankly im tired of losing to "those" people:(

reptilianz 4 life yo!

Honestly, on occasion. Not racial bias (So what, you're white? Who isn't these days?), but ethnic. Especially something like boxing or basketball, where we used to dominate until they started letting races that are better at it in. Picture the Conan O'Brian sketch from SNL where he's the champ until boxing integrates and he's beaten in every fight by "Sons of Africa".

Not that I'm for segregation or anything, far from it, but it's nice to see they're still a factor in there and not totally overshadowed.

If anything I've noticed that I'm biased on the side of Japanese people because I think their culture is superior to everyone else's.

Then I also assume you know that the Japanese culture is extremely biased against anything non-japanese...and with your comment I'm sure they'd welcome you in IF you were Japanese in features and heritage:)

Heck ALL cultures / races have a deep, dark desire for their own "kinds" superiority, but the "Jap's"...interesting culture to bond with.

Mind you they do make a nice car:)

Some Asians have a way of not wanting to associate with other races. It's like their isolation policy all over again.

national is a given.

racial, only sometimes except for if they are american...

normally if i'm going to side someone, i go for the underdog.

I have a "country" bias. I don't care what colour their skin is, what race they come from, what religion they cherish, I just want them to be Canadian. I like seeing Canadians win, I enjoy watching our flag raised above the rest.

I always root for the japanese in soccer and mexicans in boxing. I guess since i grew up near mexico for a few years watching some of them fight for $20 i have more respect for them. Also i always root american in Muay thai:o

This is a simple question.
Do you usually have a bias for your race in a competition, sport, etc?
For example, in a boxing match, will you root more for the white guy (If you're white), the black guy (If you're black), etc.

I do it, sometimes, without even knowing it.
Do you?

This topic is dumb.

I went to this place called Medieval Times the other day.
It was some thing and it had professionals on horses, fun for the kids, etc.
The arena has sides with different color knights. I rooted for the black/white knight because he was the best rider and because he was asian. :( I of course voted for my side of the arena's knight. (yellow knight)

All the time. I usually tend to dislike people of other races, creeds, genders, political backgrounds, choice of clothes, favortie foods and actively treat said offenders with lower regard than people better than them, such as myself.
