Rank 'em: Worst SV Eps of All Time

And I want to believe that, I really do. But.....

Priceless!

Dude, you get a cookie for that. I completely forgot about Commencement.

Screw the silly Polaroid... Would they still use the same stove? Would they buy the same wall decorations? Kitchen table? Light fixtures?

Pah! C'mon peeps!

No.

Silly show. :p

Actually, I had been kinda hoping for a change in a Clark's costuming....

As much as I don't normally mind plaid flannel, there is only so much I think you can take.

They shoulda taken the chance to get him some new clothes.

Oh, well.

It's funny 'cause I never had any issues with how they dressed Clark. Well... his jeans could be better-fit (LOL), but other than that, the plaid or the blue & red is just par for the course for Clark. I like his wardrobe.

On the other hand, I do notice when they dress Kara up like Clark though. It's actually distracting because it pulls me right out of the fiction. We're USED to seeing Clark in the red jacket and bright blue shirt, but when they give Kara the exact same color palette, canon or not, it just stands out like a sore thumb.

Clark has been wearing the same jacket for years now:oldrazz:
What I always wondered is when Clark works at the daily planet with Lois, won't she know he is Superman? She knows what he looks like without the glasses and becoming goofty will seem odd to everyone who knows Clark.

Anyone notice that Clark always has the same black leather outfit on stand by when ever he needs it? When ever he is on Red K or needs to enter a fight club and look bad ass? :whatever:

LMAO

That is true.
Plath, Plath, plath, leather jacket, plath, plath, plath

It's never been a big drama to me, Clarks wardrobe, but it must be a long rack of red with a few black spots dashed in.

I guess when he is always saving the day he goes through clothes so fast he just doesn't care anymore.

Right now I'm watching the ep where Clark is trying to save lex from getting the shock treatment. Clark is wearing a white t-shirt under the blue jacket:wow:

Remember when Lional was in Clarks body and wore a nice suit, everyone was stunned.

TW can't wear a suit as it makes him look too old I think. For the role he has of course he can wear one in real life.

You know what I never understood?
The caves. So did Kryptonians come to earth a long time ago?
And what was up with that stone in china being protected by kryptonite? Where did that come from?

According to the SV mythos yes. I think there was an episode with Jor El who had come to Earth. But he was played by TW.

And the woman he loved looks just like Lana:oldrazz:

Could not afford the new actors.....would have been odd handing over the show to two new actors...

If they had the balls they would have tried it!

Would have been interesting to see.

In this ep of Smallville the shap shifting chick from Heroes is in it:wow:

No matter what the flaws or inconsistencies, SV remains my favorite show. I also agree that even the episodes I listed on my "worst episodes list" all have their moments. ;) I can honestly say that when I rewatch a season there are very few episodes that I totally skip over.

I just watched "Relic" last night and it is one of my favorite episodes. Both Tom and Kristin looked beautiful and I loved the concept SV introduced that Martha and Jonathan had been specifically chosen as Clark's parents. The best scene is where Jor_El reveals to Louise that he's from another planet and says, "Where I'm from, we have colors you've never seen, sunsets that last for hours." (I loved Tom's delivery of those lines.) And then, when Loiuse thinks he's joking he picks her up and they float up into the sky. It's so classic and I thought it was amazingly romantic!

I have to agree with Trip that season 3 has an especially strong beginning from Exile straight thru Relic. (I also loved "Perry.") The weakest part of this season for me is the story arc of Adam. I didn't like the character or Ian Somerholdt's performance. And this season's finale was also my least favorite. But overall season 3's individual episodes are some of my most favorite!

I agree! I loved Relic (the only Jor-El I've liked in the show so far!) and I strongly disliked the Adam story arc and IS's performance. "Perry" is one of my all-time favorite episodes. And what to say about "Exile"!

Silly CMill - I think you just need to look a little closer.

Case closed. SV always makes perfect sense.

*whistling*

Oh c'mon, I work that hard on a joke and no one even notices. :(

I loved the opening series of episodes of season 3, it is probably the strongest opening of a season ever so I'm glad when people agree with me!

:D

And I LOATHED both the Adam & blood platelet cocktail plotlines.

It's because of some of those episodes Season 3 isn't one of my favorite seasons, although Season 3 also has some of my favorites: Memoria, Exile, Phoenix, Asylum, Relic, Perry.

However, whenever IS is on the screen I fast forward through his parts unless Tom is in the scene with him.
