i hear from ksite some might have experienced preempt last night so that could be reason down a little bit. Hopefully final totals will go up and not down.

Unfortuantly if it's pre-empted that means the stuff that pre-empted it counts in the overnight number. Chances are it will go down when they subtract those people

Yea it sucks but the live+ 7 dvr numbers will help it out too.

As expected they dropped and I can imagine they mainly got good numbers because of the promo that showed the suit in the fortress. People realise it's another season of teasing and will decide to tune in for the finale. At this point only the loyal fans are watching and any return viewership or new viewers will come if he puts on the full Superman suit.

All shows last night did worse then the week before. Supernatural for instance lost a similar size audience from the previous week. I am guessing the show will creep up in the ratings the next few weeks, and have it's normal second half downfall in march

Yea all networks did bad. But for sv and spn they are still doing well for cw. Heck they still beat out any of the mon-wensday shows.

I read in TV Guide that the CW has also started counting online views towards ratings. I can't remember which issue it was but I'm pretty sure it was one of the last two because I think it was in the same part where it was mentioned about Hellcats getting picked up for six more episodes.

That's cool, nets need to count offical dls/web viewing more. The old us rating system isn't good way any more.

Ratings were up slightly from the overnights. Remarkable actually since there were preemptions in western markets from what I've heard.
