I was talking about when they were in Los Angeles, though I haven't read up why the Rams moved in a long time.

I'm tired of posting about the reasons why Raiders and Rams left, but it had alot to do with their respective owners and not because LA drove them out. Al Davis left because he wanted another stadium that isn't the LA Coliseum, and even after Irwindale offered him millions for a proposed new stadium, he took the money and ran anyway. And Georgia Frontiere pretty much sabotaged her team and even threatened to sue the league unless they let her move her team, which was back to her own hometown in St. Louis.

And what's ironic about all these is that neither Raiders nor Rams got a new stadium after their relocation, with Raiders rumored to move in with the Niners in a stadium in Santa Clarita, and Rams were promised to get a new public-financed stadium but that promise never materialized. Los Angeles had supported Rams for 49 years so I don't understand what is all these talks about the city not willing to support a football team.

But anyway, if NFL wants to make money, they will go to Los Angeles instead of staying at Jacksonville, which for all their supposed support for the Jaguars, still have games that were blackouted by the league.
I'm not saying that eventually a L.A. team wouldn't eventually succeed but a team would have to hit the ground running because people think if LA fans would just automatically support whatever team that moves there. It'd be a few year process and the team is going to have to do well.

He probably already owned a house in south Florida. Apparently, anyone with a decent bank account has a house in south Florida.

Who's up for a round of Jaguaring?

I know Matt doesn't like the move but it fills a need.

That makes more sense than some lame dance. Or to be more accurate, a position.

I'm sure we'll see a lot of Jaguaring this coming season, when the Jags are on MNF more than they should be.

Well, with Ocho in Miami, Hard Knocks should be pretty entertaining this year.

I'd just rather see Philbin get a year to really make the team his own and establish a locker room culture before such a disruptive force is brought in.

MJD wants way too much money considering he's basically right at the end of his shelf life.

Who are you most looking forward to watching on "Hard Knocks"?

Chad Ochocinco - 36%
Reggie Bush - 13%
Ryan Tannehill - 11%
Lauren Tannehill - 40%

I like to think that Ocho is smarter than TO. Ocho IMO hasn't burned all the bridges TO has and is not that much of a diva as TO is/was. I think his year with the Pats would also help that.

That Jaguaring video has been deleted by the user..lmao

Our pal Rowsdower will love this. The newest sports fan craze: Jaguaring

:whatever:

Guess I'm late to the party on this, because I've just been scouring the internet trying to find this video of whatever the hell "jaguaring" is, but it's been taken down.

I guess, in true Jaguar fashion (or is it Jaguar fan fashion?) the video has decided not to bother showing up. :woot:

The Rams did get a new stadium here in STL when they moved, they got the Dome! What are you talking about Raiden?
