I just watched The Verdict and the lighting and composition of that made me think of the richness of some romanticism paintings.

I seriously can't wait for this. Just ordered a region free import of Arrows version of The Lighthouse in 4k. A24's version was far too big, so I had to track down a place that ships the region free version from Arrow within the US.

Sounds fantastic to me. I'm very much intrigued by the way the look of this film is being described and Skarsgards makeup design. Hopefully we get a teaser soon.

“The opening is such a perfect mood setter and is evocative of the Suspiria remake from a few years back ago. The acting here is a little surprising, given that it feels at times like it’s a bit stilted or theatrical but it really comes across and washes over you after a couple minutes.”
