The Dark Knight Roger Allam would look great to play the Penguin

After, seeing him in V for Vendetta I wonder if Nolan would take a look at him playing the Penguin.

Good suggestion. I saw Allam a few years back doing theatre and it was far removed from his Prothero in V, so he's definitely capable.
