Drama Royal Pains

Does anybody still watch this?

Anyway, I loved Evan's attempts to be friends with that girl (who seems pretty cool and, oddly, a match made in Heaven for him). And her boyfriend was Dot Com from 30 Rock! :D Quite a cliffhanger they left us with, too. I wonder what Boris' deal is.

I really like the show but am I the only one who thinks that Hank has a weak screen presence for a leading man ? He's the least interesting character on this show and he's the damn doctor.

Clearly Divya, the brother and other minor characters carry this series for me.

I don't hate Hank, he's likeable but he's just not leading man material.

Yeah, Hank doesn't do much for me. He's all right, but he doesn't seem all that charismatic.

I haven't been watching this show since the episode where Evan got a new car. I need to catch up on hulu

I don't find any of the characters to be particularly charismatic alone. They all sort of pull together to make the scenes great.

Evan and Divya are usually the most charismatic of the characters. Even though Divya is pretty uptight and unlikable at times. But they've been peeling that away over the season and she's actually not too bad.

did they just have a mid-season finale or somthing?

Two more episodes I believe. Might want to hurry up and catch those eps. Hulu only holds 5 episodes at a time.

Yeah, it kind of sucks. But I guess even mega-corporations are subject to bandwidth limitations and server costs.

Alright. This whole Jill/Charlie thing is making me hate Jill.

Its unfortunate that we have to wait all year for new episodes. Its Burn Notice season 1 to 2 all over again.

why did Diviya go ahead with the wedding!? and I thought Boris would be featured in the season finale. Anyway, good finale. I read that the girl who was flirting with hank in this episode will be recurring next season.

It's definitely one of those... she just lost her courage and probably should have had a few drinks before then.

Great show tonight but somehow I knew that Divya would choke and go through with the wedding.

As strong-minded as she comes off to be, her parents' influence appears alot stronger.

It wasn't a wedding. It was an engagement party, and those were engagement rings they were exchanging.

There's still time to stop it before the wedding.

The finale was a good episode. Looks like we will be seeing Daddy next season.

The finale didn't have any surprises you couldn't see coming. Very understated, but solid.

I've hated Jill for several episodes now.
Definitely. The writers are not very good at making that storyline seem anything less than ******ed.

She wants him gone and demands he signs the papers. He says no. She suddenly has doubts. WHAT? That's the best they can come up with to cause relationship drama for Hank?

Yeah, Charlie's "charms" seem mostly obnoxious to me, yet showing up uninvited at Jill's house and cooking while being a smartass apparently gets him a place to stay and more of Jill's affections. The only good thing that's happened between Charlie and Jill so far is her kicking him out after he was a dick to Hank.

Apparently. I've been doing the wrong thing this entire time when picking up women.

I should just stalk them, show up at their work, never listen when they tell me to leave, and then at the right time... break into their house and cook breakfast.

My thoughts on the finale: Charlie is annoying and Diviya's mom is a MILF.
